Description

Hello and welcome! You'll love one of the largest residential lots in the area, where you have over 1/3 of an acre to enjoy with your furbabies. The expansive backyard feels like your own private park, perfect for playtime or training sessions. It's the ideal space for hosting "paw parties" with friends, both furry and human. While furry friends and their owners are always welcome, additional guests may incur a small fee. Come make unforgettable memories in this wonderful space!

For dog pawties... If you are inviting guests for a party and they do not have a dog, then the $20 will apply here. We've had bookings and it was for a children's party with a few dogs so the fee is to ensure pawties are for the dogs and their humans. Reach out for any questions. Thank you for understanding!

Hello and thanks for booking our Sniff Spot! A few things before your visit: 1.) Sniff Spot booker; Please park in driveway (even if there's a car there). Once parked, the gate will lead you to backyard. No need to check in, just enter. 2.) Please do not go in the back yard until your scheduled appointed time. This allows us to prepare the back yard for your visit. 3.) Please make sure you leave at your scheduled end time. 4.) If you are visiting with friends and family, please ask them to park on Eckelson, the street right before our cul-de-sac. Parking is limited here and I'd like to be considerate of my neighbors. 5.) There is a water bowl / fountain for the doggies. The bowl is cleaned daily and the water if purified. If you're not comfortable sharing, please bring your own bowls. 6.) Hose is available to refill / fill dog water bowls or to rinse off doggies. 7.) Poo bags are available your use. Small trash can is near poop bags to dispose. 8.) During mosquito season, there will be bug spray out for your use. Mosquitoes can be annoying! Feel free to reach out with any questions. Thank you!
