Lush 18 acres completely fenced with all the amenities you and your dog(s) need to have a wonderful time! You will have complete privacy during your visit with no other dogs, humans, or livestock! Training, dog sports, agility equipment, hiking trails, varied selection of toys and games, playground equipment for skin and fur puppies, fresh eggs, homemade human and doggy treats, handmade candles and soap, vegetable and flower picking, and more! You can even book a photo session with your pup to commemorate your visit! Please let me know ahead of time if you want to use any of the amenities or extras. Some amenities are stored to protect them from the weather, so I will need prior notice to have them out and ready for you. Pet and human first aid and emergency care always on hand. Private outdoor restroom available. Peace of mind while you spend time exploring and enjoying our property with your dog(s)! ***Membership rates are substantially discounted from the regular hourly rate.*** 2 hour membership for 1 dog is $12/hour. 4 hour membership is $10/hour. 8 hour membership is $8/hour. Each additional dog gets 50% off the hourly rate! Membership is month to month, unused hours transfer to the next month, and you can cancel anytime. Membership hours can also be used to purchase extras like bones, bone broth, and more! Contact me for more information on how to become a member!

HOST NOTE

This is a large property, so I recommend using a long line or leash if your dog does not have good recall. Half of the property is fully mowed with short grass and even terrain. In order to provide a refuge for wildlife, half of the property is left natural, but there are clear hiking trails through these areas. The natural areas have areas with tall grass, thick brush, and uneven ground. Please consider your physical limitations when choosing to hike through the natural areas of the property. Make sure your dog is up to date on flea/tick prevention. If hiking through the trails in the back half and in the wooded areas, I recommend wearing thick pants like jeans or hiking pants, closed-toe shoes or boots with traction (preferably waterproof or water resistant), long sleeves, a hat, and sunglasses. Please carry your cell phone with you in case you need to contact me while hiking, and do not hesitate to contact me. This spot has a water feature, make sure to review these guidelines for visiting spots with water before visiting: https://help.sniffspot.com/article/167-how-to-keep-your-dog-safe-around-pools-and-water. The pond is not fenced off separately. The pond is used by wildlife, so I don't recommend allowing your dog to swim in or drink from the pond.

If you want to add more than 6 dogs to your visit, please contact me prior to your visit. The more dogs using the sniffspot at the same time, the more wear and tear there is on the grounds, toys, and amenities. For this reason, each additional dog over 6 dogs is an additional 5$ per dog.

Dog Pawty Package50 credits

Celebrate your best friend and throw them a pawty! Invite all their two and four legged friends. Decorations, pawty favors, games, snacks, cake, and more! Birthdays, Gotcha days, or any other event! We can provide a grill, charcoal, and grilling items as well for an extra fee. Unlimited parking included. Please make sure to give at least 5 days notice for pawties. Pawty packages are an add-on to the primary reservation which will need to include each attending dog.

Why ethically raised eggs? Less cholesterol/saturated fats & 2-7x vitamins/omegas. Happy hens free to forage, socialize, explore, & sun bathe. Eggs freshly laid that day! Commercially raised hens live exclusively indoors in poor conditions. Caged hens live in 67" cages & produce 90% of store eggs. Cage-free live on >1 sqft inside & free-range on >2sqft mostly inside. Their eggs aren't as nutritious, because of no sunlight & limited diet. Store eggs are 1-2+ months old when you buy them!

5$ per quart (32oz) Bone broth is full of beneficial nutrients for dogs like collagen, glucosamine, calcium, vitamins, and minerals. All natural and free of any additives or preservatives. Simmered 8 hours until the broth is richly flavored and nutrient dense. An excellent topping and additive to your dog's meals - especially helpful to get picky eaters to finish their meals!

Handmade soaps or candles Soap: 1 bar: 5$ 3 bars: 10$ Candles: $5 small (approximately 10oz) $10 large (approximately 20oz) Soap bases include triple butter (mango, shea, and cocoa), glycerin, or goat's milk. Candle bases are beeswax or soy. Scents include lavender, lemon, sandalwood, and more. Dried flowers like rose, jasmine, and lavender grown in my garden available as add-ins. I can customize the soap shapes - paw prints, bones, and more available. Makes a great gift!

Photography session20 credits

You can select up to 20 photos from your session for final editing. Final photos will generally be edited and sent to you directly within 24-48 hours of your session. Tracking lesson10 credits

Introduction to tracking, scenting, and nose work. All equipment and training treats provided. I'll show you how to start tracking with your dog and formulate a personalized lesson plan so you can continue to practice on your own! We initially begin with simple scent pads to introduce your dog to the foundations of tracking. Dogs then progress to learning straight tracks, adding distractions, working through aged tracks, learning to indicate on scents, distinguishing scents, and more!

I prefer to meet first time guests and introduce them to the property because it is a large space. If this is your first visit, please make sure I am available to meet you for your first visit. Sniffspot allows cancellations and rescheduling up to 2 hours prior to your scheduled visit. If it's your first visit, make sure to confirm that I can meet you. If you want to book more than 4 dogs, please contact me to add additional dogs to your visit. There is a two car limit for each visit. If you want to bring more than 2 cars, contact me prior to your visit to discuss adding cars.

We are so glad you found us! Three separate yards divided with v-mesh 5 foot tall horse fencing. The biggest one is 4 acres and the entire property is double fenced for lots of romping. Mowed weekly. Our park is located on a quiet neighborhood street which is also great for leash walking! Please remember to always pick up after you play. Toys, Chuck It, doggie pick up bags are all located at the entrance and we appreciate you placing them back where you found them. I rotate dog swimming pools, agility equipment and other fun activities weather dependent. Picnic table great for snacks and pup watching!
