55This place is awesome! Lots of nice hiking trails and large fields for your dog to explore. My pup enjoyed all the new smells. Feels very remote and secluded which is nice if your dog is reactive in any way. We had a great time!
55This was our first visit, and Gus thoroughly enjoyed herself…sniffing EVERYTHING!!
55As always, a great time! The paths are maintained well and the dogs have a wonderful time running around.
55This is an amazing spot to walk with your dog. I walked for the full hour (admittedly at a relaxed pace) and didn’t run out of trail. It’s a bit uphill, but my 14 year old dog managed it fine. The paths are clear and easy to navigate. I heard neighboring dogs and people talking, but didn’t see anyone. 10/10 recommend for a lovely, peaceful, private mini-hike. Thank you Aaron!
55What a wonderful space for dogs to run free! Lots of trails in the woods. We had to keep the visit short due to the heat today. One suggestion would be to create a little sign showing folks where the trails start or a sign “Sniffspot”. At first I wasn’t sure I had the right driveway.
55Nice place. We had a really good time exploring the land. Buscuit loved it!
55Weather got in the way so I can't give a review of the property. But i can say the owners are flat out awesome. From the road the property looks like a dog paradise
45Aaron, the host met me outside the property, and advised he was just about to mow the grass so he’d mow the trail. Aaron was polite and respectful. I would call this SniffSpot more of a private hiking trail. It was peaceful and beautiful property but it is hilly. I wasn’t expecting to hike as much so I didn’t wear proper shoes and my ankle brace so after the short hike, I did not go to the fenced in area as it was also up hill and my ankle was done. It was a positive experience just definitely recommend being prepared!

We are so lucky to call this home..I thought why not share it with you guys.

Host replied: Thank you so much for your review . We are now making changes to our description to let people know a little bit more about the terrain before they book. thank you for bringing that to our attention! We are going to be starting some work to make a trail that is more flat so that we can have something that everyone can enjoy! We really appreciate your feedback!

Welcome to Connie's Dogtopia! Nestled in Johnson City, TN on a private lot with a 4 ft. fenced in area surrounded by mature trees, you and your dog(s) will feel like you're in the country but actually within the city. Conveniently located approximately: 1.5 miles from the Johnson City Medical Center 2.2 miles from the Mountain Home VA Hospital 2.3 miles from ETSU 3.1 miles from downtown Johnson City Come relax, unwind, and listen to the birds chirping in my tranquil and peaceful setting while your pup(s) explore all the scents. If your pup is playful, there are plenty amenities and lots of toys to choose from. If your pup isn't and just wants to chill, there is a coolaroo dog bed to rest on. As a pup parent myself, I can appreciate the need to just chill and take in the beauty of nature while my pups burn off some energy from being cooped up in the house all day :) Hope you enjoy your time at Connie's Dogtopia as much as Finley, Fergus, Bocephus, and Fallon (on occasion) and I do! Here's to releasing the zoomies!! UPDATE 02.04.2024: every visit the pups have unlimited access to the wading pool(s), the Bazinga ball pit, Digger's Depot sandbox, the basic agility equipment and agility tunnel. And don't forget all of the toys to choose from in the brown deck box! 🙂 For the hoomans, there are two sitting area with tables and umbrellas. Next to the deckbox of toys, is a small table with beverages hot (tea, apple cider, cocoa) and cold (bottled water) to enjoy. Next to the gravel parking, there is a green bench with complimentary water sprayer, shampoo, bath wipes, paw cleaner, and towels to clean your pups off before heading home. Connie
