Didn’t come with all amenities listed. For example, a scooper. Which is why there was dog poop there before we got there. If you go here please be sure to bring your own water & wear lots of bug spray because there were lots of mosquitos. The sofas also did not look very clean or at all wiped down. Also bring your own toys cause the ones provided aren’t very usable.

Easy to find and as described. Had a little trouble closing the gate when I was leaving as the lock was not lining up, but I am very short. Also I couldn’t figure out how to uncover the patio furniture, but that was fine because I just used the little bench that was available. Mostly quiet and free from noise and distractions. Overall clean and plenty of space for my dog to run around and explore.

Our 3 dogs had a great time! They loved running around on the grass and exploring every nook and cranny around the fruit trees and rose bushes. There is outdoor furniture & table located beneath a covered porch. A large tree provides great shade for the yard. There is a water hose available & a small metal bowl. A large trash can with lid is on site. This was our first backyard that we have rented on Sniffspot. I read every review for a few locations that met our needs. I chose this location based on the number of positive honest reviews, distance from our home, ease of booking for 2 hours in early morning, and good pricing for 3 dogs. Based on reading the reviews, I was prepared for our visit. I brought bags for poop pickup and a water bucket for my dogs. My husband forgot to grab our bag of toys that we were going to bring, in case there weren’t any available in the yard. There was a small fresh poop in the yard upon arrival, maybe from last night or earlier in the morning from a guest or homeowners pet? We rented from 7am to 9am, the first reservation time available. I picked it up so my dogs didn’t deal with it. It was 1 poop, not a huge deal, not old dried out poop left in the yard. We used our own bags to pick up after our dogs and placed in trash can, and used the hose to spray the spots in the yards. No big deal. We brought our own water for us humans to drink and used the hose to fill our water bucket. The fencing around the yard is solid and seemed to be over 4ft in most areas. The yard is on an elevation from the street level. There is one small area in the backyard that has a partially enclosed driveway that is at street level. This is the only spot where the fencing is actually shorter and if you have a dog that jumps, they could clear the fence. It is the farthest right corner of the backyard. If you go into the yard before your dogs, it is easy enough to understand what I meant. It’s just an area to keep an eye on, and if you are worried, maybe bring a small baby gate to prevent them going in that area. It was definitely worth it. My dogs had a great time. They are exhausted and happy! We want to do this again, maybe at night with the bug zapper turned on. We couldn’t turn it on, but it was there. There appeared to be lighting around the covered porch and I can imagine it would be a nice little workout for the dogs and a cozy spot with a fire pit. It is a lovely little yard with green grass and shaded areas. It was just what we needed. :) 😊

It was super clean! My dog loved it and enjoyed every minute. Parking was super easy, the instructions were clear and there were bowls left out for water. 10/10 would book again

This spot is amazing! My dog enjoyed his stay here and wasn’t stressed. He is very reactive and the quietness of the neighborhood put him at ease. We did have one big dog walk by but it wasn’t that bad. We discovered that our dog could clear the fence if he tried but didn’t try to after the dog was gone. I most likely will be taking my own baby gate to block off the small parking connected to the yard. Loved it here and will be back
