Scott and his roommate Chris were super nice, and the yard/property space was massive! The fencing was secure all around for my 45lb husky mix, but there is a tiny gap at the front gate where a very small dog might be able to squeeze through, which Scott pointed out to me right away. There is a pig in the neighboring yard, which was quiet, but I don't think that type of wire fencing would be enough to stop my other dog (who has a history of going after livestock), but it wasn't a problem with my husky mix. There's a GSD across the street that barked a fair amount, which didn't bother my dog. You can also see people walking their dogs on leash through the front fence, but there's plenty of room in the back of the property where you can avoid this pretty easily. There's no private entrance, but there were toys and water provided.
