I’m new to Sniffspot, so I’m offering a low introductory rate right now to help folks discover my place before prices go up. Welcome to The Pawfect Escape — where leashes come off, zoomies begin, and tails never stop wagging! 🐾 Tucked away in a quiet Burbank neighborhood, this fully fenced private backyard is your pup’s personal paradise. With approximately 3,000 square feet of open space, there’s plenty of room to run, sniff, roll, explore, and do whatever makes your dog’s heart sing. Easy to find, even easier to love: enter on the right side of the house and look for the Sniffspot sign. The gate is one of the smoothest you’ll ever use — seriously, it’s a delight. Morning visits are especially magical. The sun is gentle, the vibe is peaceful, and street parking is usually a breeze. Street sweeping is 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. on Tuesdays on my side of the street and Wednesdays on the opposite side, so please check the signs when you park. Just a friendly heads-up: our neighbors have dogs on the other side of the fence. You won’t see them, but you may hear the occasional bark. Most pups settle right in and forget all about it! 🐕 There’s a water spigot on site to keep your pup hydrated. Just turn it on slowly so you don’t end up wetter than your dog! 💧 Our guests have been absolutely wonderful, and I can’t wait to welcome you and your fur baby to The Pawfect Escape. See you soon! 🐶

The perfect spot for you and your dog to lounge in the sun or play fetch up the long driveway. The yard is entirely fenced with lots of spots to sniff and explore.

Otis' backyard

Private home fully fenced backyard. The yard is half grass and half cement. There are tables, chairs, shade, and WiFi available for pawrents. Water, a wading pool, treats, toys, a pooper scooper, and a trash can for the pups. I’ve got 5 dogs: a Pug, Italian greyhound, Maltese, French Bulldog, Boxer mix, and a cat. They stay inside the house while your pup plays in the backyard. There is a play structure for kids, a ping pong table, basketball, and horseshoes to entertain you while your pup plays. There’s no charge for additional humans up to 10 guests. I’m also happy to host birthday parties for your pups! For your safety and ours, the security cameras are on, but your privacy will always be respected. First time guests can use discount code Lillian21 for $5 off your first visit. Welcome to our serene Hancock Park oasis! The backyard features lush turf throughout, a comfortable patio with chairs, and a relaxing waterfall—perfect for unwinding while your pups play. We provide snacks and treats for both your babies and their humans, plus plenty of toys to keep everyone happy. For extra fun, your pups can enjoy a doggy pool, ball pit, and even doggy ice cream! 🍦🎉 The property is completely private, secure, and secluded—no other dogs or people in sight. Silverlake / Rampart Village Private Dog Park

Fully fenced backyard by Sunset Blvd in Silverlake. Close to DTLA, Hollywood, etc. Large backyard area with astroturf grass, area with mulch dirt, etc. There’s 3 levels so it’s a great place for dogs to run and jump around. Plenty of shade from trees and lounge chair seating for the pup’s humans. Please keep in mind: there are a number of stairs to get to the backyard area (see pictures!). The backyard also has levels that are not fenced and there are different types of terrain in the spot (astroturf, rocks, dirt, etc).

We both love dogs and have a 3-year old husky who loves playing and running around in the backyard. We would love to see more dogs enjoy our spacious yard. Please pick up after your dog and make sure they take care of our plants and trees. Please note that, for your safety and ours, the outdoor area is monitored by cameras.
