55Lovely accessible backyard with lots of toys, our dogs had so much fun!
55We just came for the first time and loved the space! So much to explore (safely), toys available and a generally quiet area
55My Dalmatian Annie had so much fun chasing her balls and rolling around in the grass! Loved the clear, specific directions (as far as parking, gate entrance, etc) - made our visit super smooth and stress-free. I appreciated the table and chairs so I could sit down for a break after Annie wore me out! Oh and also Annie and I both really appreciated the ample shade! Good balance between sunshine and cool shade 😎🌳🐾 thanks so much for sharing your space!
55It's a cute little backyard. I have a 95 pound German Shepherd mix and he was able to get his zoomies out, play some fetch and cool off at the watering bowl. I think the water bowl was a favorite part.
55Super easy and accessible:) I have two big pups- one is a bit more sensitive to noise while the other is completely care free, and this space was nice and quiet for them. We brought our own poop bags, water and toys, but I saw some avail out the corner of my eye. There’s shade under the tree and the grass is nice and soft on their paws. Great space! We’ll be back again :)

55Raisin loved playing in this yard! Lovely quiet street, plenty of shade from the big tree, and a table with chairs for the humans. There was a nice quiet older dog in the yard next door that came up to the fence to investigate but neither he nor my dog seemed to mind each other at all. We’ll be back!

55So clean, my babies loved it! Will be coming back for sure! The host has a water bowl, toys, doggie bags, a sink, paper towels. Very thoughtful and helpful if you forgot things at home!
55Such a great spot! Super easy to access and our dogs loved it. There was a nice big tree that provided a lot of shade and a table and chairs which was so nice to sit and enjoy our morning coffee. They also provided toys and fresh water! One of our dogs is fearful of new humans so this was amazing for him to be able to roam free without worries, will definitely be back. Thanks Siobhan :)

Welcome to the Ordway House! We're in a nice, quiet neighborhood close to the freeway, and we've got lots of shade, and good stuff to sniff and play with. We love dogs but since we don't have our own (yet), hosting a Sniffspot means we get to love all of yours (if you let us) as much as you do!

- Parking is on the street; street cleaning is Mondays, 12-3 so if you come by at that time please park on Washington - it's about a block's walk away. - Please pick up after yourself and pooch. - We are frequently working around the house, yard, and garage so if your dog is reactive to unknown humans, please let us know in advance. - We have cats, but they're indoor; there is also a TNR cat colony in the area that a local rescue takes care of, and several of their cats often pass through. They'll likely make themselves scarce while you're here, but just in case, we warned you. - We also have squirrels. They'll probably make themselves scarce too, but again, fair warning. - Like most of Los Angeles, we've had a few coyote spottings in this area. If they're nearby, they only show up at dusk to raid the dumpsters at the burger joint two blocks away. That said, I wouldn't bring a tiny dog around in the evening unless I were going to carry them from the yard to the car. - Yes, you are free to use any of the toys or waste bags in the gray bin; we'd like the toys back, but the bags should go in the trash. - Yes, you are free to use the sink! But we also believe dog drool is a great fashion accessory too so lean in if that's your thing. :)

There is a private side entrance, hoses, a kiddie pool you can use (have to let me know in advance), chairs, a raised dog bed, a hammock (have to let me know in advance), and tons of dog toys. There’s dog poop bags clipped to the AC unit and you can toss in them in our big garbage can with the black lid. **5/29: As the weather gets warmer, our grass (weeds posing as grass, really) gets dryer and the evil burr clover (I’ll add a photo) gets stickier and spikier. It’ll stick to your fuzzy toys and you won’t want to walk around without shoes. My dog doesn’t seem to mind it.

We have a quiet little yard we’d love to share with your pups. We have a reactive dog who we’ll keep indoors and should be oblivious to you being here. There is a private side entrance, hoses, a kiddie pool you can use (have to let me know in advance), chairs, a raised dog bed, a hammock (have to let me know in advance), and tons of dog toys. There’s dog poop bags clipped to the AC unit and you can toss in them in our big garbage can with the black lid. **5/29: As the weather gets warmer, our grass (weeds posing as grass, really) gets dryer and the evil burr clover (I’ll add a photo) gets stickier and spikier. It’ll stick to your fuzzy toys and you won’t want to walk around without shoes. My dog doesn’t seem to mind it.
