Hi! We have an enclosed back yard with plenty of room for your furry friend to run around. We have seating for four “chairs” and a bench with shelter. We also have a trampoline for any little ones.

Secure large backyard + covered deck with table and chairs. Saint Augustine grass and decomposed granite play areas. Lots of street parking.

My pup Gucci 🐕 welcomes all her furry friends to her fully fenced, hillside yard, close to DTLA 🌇 Great turf & dirt yard to tire out your dog while they run up and down the hill and dig all the holes they desire! *If Gucci is home, she LOVES to play . She is a 4 yr old, 50 lb mixed breed rescue 🐕. Or if you prefer your space, she doesn’t mind! But plz understand she may be peaking 🫣 out the window or barking to say hello!* For the PUPS 🐶 - Plenty of toys 🎾, plastic tub to cool off (with cover if you don’t want your pup to get messy), hose, water bowls, and dog bed to rest on. For the HUMANS 🙋‍♀️ - WIFI, electricity, chairs, picnic table, canopy for shade, bug repellent, misters, string lights ✨ 🚙 Parking lot address, gate code, and 🧑‍💻WIFI password will be provided after you book. RULES 📖 -💩 Poop scooper, trash can, & hand sanitizer are by the shed - plz scoop all poop! -💧Plz cover the pool when you leave - the cover is stored under the seat of the purple bench. -🦴 Plz leave the yard as you found it! Roll up the hose / put away toys / etc. Gucci works hard to keep her yard in top shape for all her friends!

Lovely grassy play area has many trees and seating. The shade from the trees in the afternoon is lovely. We are the longest running SS in the area- hosting doggies since 2020! The Sniffspot play area is from driveway to rear of property. A row of chairs semi-blocks Hosts area of backyard belongings, but it is not a problem for doggoes or hoomans to temporarily go there to sniff, pee and fetch balls. The drought, popularity & watering restrictions do affect the condition of the grass. The rest of the yard is not accessible to Sniffspot including using the bathroom. Fenced backyard area is along side street. Most of the 4-foot fence side street side is covered with privacy slats & landscaping. The chain-link driveway entrance only has privacy slats. You would be the only guest for your booked time. Please securely latch & rechain gate when arriving & departing. Refer to photos.

The Sniff Carlton of SniffSpot! Large grassy yard with lots of oak tree shade. Fun features in the yard include a large open grassy play space that is frisbee friendly, side area with plenty of space to explore and sniff, sand box with digging and toy play, and seating area for owners to watch their dogs smile 😊 Pool is available for dog parties of 3 dogs or more for an extra charge and advance booking.

Amazing porch!! Big beautiful backyard filled with trees and sun shades. Big play area with pet grass surrounded by decomposed granite, with two natural areas. Play music or enjoy the beautiful noises of all the birds . Fun, Clean, peaceful and eco friendly. Sometimes planes fly overhead. Please check weather for the Los Angeles

🌴Welcome To Our Oasis🌴 Large, fully-fenced, grass backyard with adjacent patio! Listen to the birds and sound of the wind in the trees while you enjoy quality time with your pup. Plenty of seating options in the sun or shade for humans, grassy shade options for pups in the late afternoon hours. A great place for energetic pups to play catch, for smaller dogs to wander and sniff safely, and for older dogs to roll and relax peacefully in the sun. Fresh water, toys and treats for pups always available. Poop bags for their human helpers, along with Wi-Fi, hand sanitizer, and outdoor outlets. Ample, non-permitted street parking available on our quiet street, and lots of gorgeous sunshine. It’s our oasis and we are excited to share it with you!
