We are a farm property located in Lyons, CO. Our property has a variety of fenced in areas. There is a variety of farm animals on the property (Alpacas, Cows, Goats) that you are welcome to observe, but dogs are to NEVER interact with the animals.

Please enter through south fence(large brown gate). My fence is a three-rail, welded, pipe fence because I have horses. I have a large pasture on the south side where dogs could play with ease. I do have prairie dogs and cotton tail rabbits on my property so prey driven dogs will be stimulated! If you’d like a mile walk to the back of the property I can lock the horses up. You will need to open a second gate to continue west. There is a very large pond just past the gate to the right. The pond dries out in the fall and fills up in the spring. You’re are welcome to let your dogs explore it. However, they will get muddy feet when it’s holding water. My neighbor just to the south has a fence made of trees right up against my fence. At the end of the property, you may continue on (north) for a longer walk. You will enjoy a quiet, peaceful walk with your dog/dogs. We do have coyotes in the area so be aware.

Lovely, shady back yards for dogs to enjoy off leash! Room to run and play ball! There is park activity and tennis courts directly behind the house and over a creek. The screened in patio has two sofas and a table with 4 chairs for your relaxation or work needs. A sprinkler if your dog is a fan can be provided. I provide a poop scooper and bucket for any doggy mess clean up.

We are located on the Reservoir Ridge trail head, where dogs have to be leashed. We find after a walk on the trail your furry friends like a little run in our enclosed area off leash. We welcome trainers and and dog sitters.

The lake is not too deep, and it's perfect for teaching your dog how to swim. It is a bit muddy, so bring a towel for your car ride home. Picnic tables and chairs available. Bring a picnic lunch and have a unique and private experience! There is a clean composting toilet on site, as well.

This property is not fenced in, so your pup must be obedient for safety reasons :) Feel free to park anywhere in the driveway (just please don’t block the garage). My land boundary includes up to the white fence to the North, to route 402 on the South, and up to the private road on the West side of the property. I particularly love the evening hours here; sunsets can be stunning! Depending where you are on the property, you will be treated with views of the foothills and Long’s peak! Enjoy the unobstructed views of Longs and Meeker Peaks while your dog runs like it was meant to do. The entire property is 10 acres and the sniffspot area is 6.5 acres. Also have smaller enclosures that can be used for training or new dog intros. You may see us working in our lavender fields while you are here. There had been a few horses and cows in the pasture before but they are gone now. Consider booking for half an hour on hot summer days.
