Description

Fully fenced in back yard with view and access to pond (dog/human pond use is at own discretion and liability.) 2/3 of backyard is open with shade trees, picnic table, kiddie pool, and swing. 1/3 of yard is wooded dogs love to run trails through it.

Hazards

Pond access if open lower gate. There is hill/slope to backyard- working on growing grass so erosion mats present but still some construction rocks do exist plus Ga clay. Wooded area left natural so footing can be uneven there.

If you’re planning for your own cool breeze while visiting a box fan can be placed out back.

Need a space to cool your snack or drinks. Just let us know and we will leave a cooler under the picnic table. (Please bring own bag of ice. Gas station or Dollar General 5 minutes in either direction.

Leave the preparation and laundry up to us and borrow some doggie towels. Please leave used towels laid out on picnic table or benches to sun-dry.

If you’re in the mood to cook out let us know and we’ll have the grill available/ready. Just bring charcoal and your grilling tools. (Hosts will clean old coals out after cooled. Please clean grates while warm. )

Kiddie pool and hose$5.0

If you’d like kiddie pool with fresh water or hose left out for visit reserve it so we have it ready.

Swing$0.0

There is no charge for it you’re just helping remind us to put cushions out and clean off any leaf debris. :)

You can park in driveway or on street (please don’t park in any cars in driveway though.) Guests enter backyard through right gate (right of home from street view.) Please clean up after pet waste. Monitor hole digging in sod. Pond access gate is lower right side of yard located near sewer marker in swing view.

Dogs must be leashed when entering and exiting the spot.
Make sure the area is safe and secure before bringing your dog in.
Arrive and leave on time, this is important for safety.
Pick up after your dogs. Leave the spot as it was when you arrived.
Always review and abide by spot specific rules.
Unless otherwise stated, restrooms are not available on site.

Only one booking is allowed at a time at any spot and there is an enforced 30 min buffer between all bookings to ensure dogs in separate bookings do not meet.
This spot is set for Booking, which means you will be instantly confirmed for any booking you request. You will receive the address and access instruction immediately following booking.
Visits can be moved or cancelled up to 2 hours before a visit.
Visits can be extended and dogs can be added throughout the visit.
