1. Please be respectful of your reserved time; do not enter yard prior to your start time and please leave timely. 2. Please ensure the gate is fully closed/latched upon entering and leaving. 3. Please do not allow dogs to dig. 4. Please clean up after your dog. Bags are provided in the sunroom. Used bags should be placed in the garbage bin near the entrance. 5. Please do not allow dogs to harass the quails. Curiosity is encouraged, but aggressive behavior towards the quails can spook them and cause injury. 6. If anything is damaged during your visit, please notify me immediately.

If you have a reactive dog or just crave some good privacy, this is the perfect spot for you. Tall, secure wooden fence is 6 feet tall on the sides and 8 feet tall across the back. Lots of level grassy areas to run and play in! There’s a fire table for your use. Please be sure to turn it completely off before you leave. When it’s hot out, there’s plenty of shade and we provide an oscillating fan on the deck for some cool breeze. Milk bones are provided, along with a hose and kiddie pool during the warmer months. We turn the water off in the winter so our pipes don’t freeze. Tons of seating! Outdoor living room area, plus an additional table and chairs with umbrella. There's even a sitting area in the yard with a fetching sticks and some toys. Hammock available as an extra for lounging on the deck. Please park along the street in front of the house, but not in front of the mailbox. Thanks!
