Our 100 acre farm has been in the family for over 30 years. We have put a lot of time and effort into the property. And we would love to share it with you and your fur family to. The trails are all very well lol maintained. You will likely see birds, deer and plenty of wildlife throughout the trials. We have opened our property up for others to walk and enjoy. Nestled in the woods, 1/4 of a mile off of the road. Lots of hills for you and your pup to get a workout! Tons of things to sniff out. Walk our trail or make your own path. The main trail is marked but as you will notice there are so many others for you to choose and investigate with your friend. Spring-fall I will have a picnic table or chair out by the pond and you can sit and watch your dog go for a swim in the water. They LOVE IT! Also see if you can spot our goldfish in it. We have several. All colors. If u have any suggestions please feel free to tell me! We are new to this! Haha! Our heart is for you and your furbaby/s to have an enjoyable, peaceful time here. * For just an Additional $15 you can pet, and/or groom and love on our 2 well behaved horses, Sonny and Jack for up to a half hour! Just let me know when you are ready. Get pictures taken with them! You can even bring them an apple or carrot if you want!

Hi I'm Erika, I have a Goldendoodle named Polly, our sniffspot is located just 2 blocks from downtown Marshall-exact address provided upon reservation. We have a fenced in front and back yard (which can be separated by closing the side gate if you would rather only use the backyard). Polly will be kept inside and away from windows so you and your baby can have a fun and relaxing time. There is seating with shade on the front porch and seating on the back porch that you're welcome to use. As seen in pics there is also a blue tote next to the stairs in the backyard filled with water for squirt guns (provided), my dog loves to try to catch the water from the squirt guns. Make yourself at home. There is a basket on the patio table of things like hand sanitizer, bug spray, sun screen, Band-Aids (hopefully you don't need them but they're there just to be safe). Help yourself to anything you need. A water dish will also be provided which is washed after every reservation. Puppy pool can also be freshy filled for additional charge. (Forewarning if it's full and you didn't pay for it, it's probably just full of rain water, so use it at your own risk). Thursday afternoons are unavailable as that is when the lawn guy comes, and Mondays are unavailable as that is when the neighbor's lawn person comes and I never know what time they'll come and don't want them throwing dust into the yard and making noise while you and your fur baby are visiting.

Welcome to Pooch’s Paradise! I’m Kaitlyn, a professional dog trainer who owns Kaitlyn’s Dog Training. My dogs are basically my children, and the entire yard has been catered to them and my clients’ dogs. This half-acre yard is fully fenced (6 foot privacy, plus a 4-ft chain link surrounding a garden area), and even has a double-gate system to enter and exit, like you would see at a dog park to add extra safety. There are tons of enrichment activities available. I always have a wide variety of toys, a children’s climbing playset that the dogs love, and in decent weather I also have a ball pit, a kiddie pool, small agility tunnels, and have plans to add additional agility equipment at some point in the future. The only dogs I have ever allowed on the property are vaccinated, healthy, and up-to-date on flea & tick prevention. All the pups who visit my home find that the yard is quite literally their own personal playground, and I know your dogs will love it too!
