⏰ Limited Summer Availability ⏰  If your preferred date/time isn’t listed, send me a message and we’ll work something out! 👋🏼 Welcome to Tell Tail Farm Enjoy a fully fenced 2-acre yard with plenty of scents from visiting wildlife. Horses and chickens will be joining us in Spring 2026. Important Notes * This is our personal home and an active farm (est. 1801), not a commercial dog park. I host for the joy of sharing our space and to help with the costs of maintaining the property. * Please be respectful and patient—we’ll extend the same kindness to you. * the highway is next to our property so during peak travel hours, might provide some white/background noise but is not horrible. 🚗 At times, we may need to arrive/leave through the front yard during your booking but we will never enter the fenced sniff spot. 🐶 Our own dogs may bark if you’re near the house or camper, and we may be visible through our windows. 🌍 Property is pesticide-free and fertilizer-free. However, we spray for ticks in spring/summer and mow frequently to keep grass short. 🌧️ After heavy rain, a temporary pond may form in the back of the yard. Be prepared for mud! 🏠 Rain shelter available upon request. Guest Rules * Limit: 2 humans per 1 dog. If you have more guests, please purchase the “Extra Guest” add-on when booking. * Please clean up after your visit. * Please arrive/exit the property on time during your scheduled booking.

** UNFENCED ** Ready for adventure? Add 3 more acres to explore—wooded areas, a deer herd out back, and a pond (dry in summer). Note: This area is unfenced and backs up to a 17.5-acre working farm/crop field and neighbors a sheep pasture 🐑. Please do NOT allow dogs to harass my neighbor’s sheep. No formal trails—grass can be tall, but we mow when weather allows. Perfect for well-trained pups with great recall!
