There may be puddle present where water collects when you arrive that could create mud depending on how much fun they have with it. If they avoid it, no mud at all. Please see pictures. Though you are encouraged to still bring flashlights:) Welcome to our little Adventure Park for Dogs! We are 100% run by my kids and I :). Please don't hesitate to reach out! As you arrive, you will park alongside our quiet street on graded dirt that may be slightly uneven in certain areas. You are visiting a residential home. You'll enter the property using the smaller, side gate and walk your pet(s) on a leash along the driveway for about 100 yards (past the deck). You reach a small, white gate to the right. Once you pass through this gate and it is properly latched behind you, you may unleash your pet. There are steps down to the play space. **Most of the land your pet will play on is uneven** **Land is always beautiful, but is green from first rain until May or June, then brown during summer until first rain** **We are fellow dog lovers! During your visit, our dogs will be enclosed uphill and away about 60 feet from the main play space, with two layers of vegetation and fences in between. Their enclosure is located on the far side of the home behind a different fence that cuts off the NW corner of the yard (see photos). The SniffSpot area DOES NOT share a fence with our dogs. You may hear a random bark from them, but that's it. Other details: The rental area is to the right of the driveway and is fenced in by a 3ft fence along two sides, and a 4ft chain link fence on the other two sides. The area is about 3/4 acre. It includes plenty of room for your pup to run, jump and play! There are small hills, trees, and huge boulders. Natural lighting only. Under the second deck there are hammock swings guests may use. Please, no pets on swings. Visitors may also utilize the deck closest to the house, but pets must be leashed on the deck, as it overlooks the play space and is not part of the fenced area. We may or may not be home. We do not typically interact with visitors to maximize your privacy, but would love to meet you if requested! I have almost 4 acres. I have livestock and small animals such as chickens pigs and rabbits water turtles and large tortoises. All animals will be enclosed or fenced off. Your doggo will be able to interact with them through fencing. I have areas that will be closed off but will allow doggo in on leash. This is where I keep my rabbits and tortoises. My place has lots of different areas to explore from a rocky hillside to shade trees with an area to picnic. I have kiddie pools that will be available for the hot dog. Because of the different terrain please be aware the land is unlevel and varies from grass to sand and then rock. Parking will be inside the property. The gate is kept closed. I will open it for you. Your doggo will be full of energy when they get here but will leave here exhausted and happy. And we love the holidays around here so I will have an area decorated for the holiday.
