It is fully fenced in, very clean, we do have a open well in the corner which is fenced off. We provide a bench perfect for two. You’re welcome to bring some music, water, snacks, etc. and have yourself a picnic or we can provide a small little Wi-Fi boom box and some water for additional fee

This is truly a park like atmosphere at GV Ranch. Lots of room to run around, play fetch or walk laps with dog mom and dad come enjoy the open space and to mention the beautiful setting of the sun in the early evening!

Quiet backyard, fully enclosed fence with privacy, filtered water, hose you can utilize, dog necessities (water, treats, shampoo, toys, towels, poo bags, etc.), your dog can dig as much as they want, you can use the inside restroom. Come check it out!

Welcome to our little Adventure Park for Dogs! As you arrive, you will park alongside our quiet street on graded dirt that may be slightly uneven in certain areas. You are visiting a residential home. You'll enter the property using the smaller, side gate and walk your pet(s) on a leash along the driveway until you reach a small, white gate to the right. Once you pass through this gate and it is properly latched behind you, you may unleash your pet. There are steps down to the play space. **Most of the land your pet will play on is uneven** **Land is green from first rain until summer, brown during summer until first rain** **3 goats roam the play space when not in use by dogs.** **We are fellow dog-lovers! During your visit, our dogs (and goats) will be enclosed about 50 feet uphill and away from main play space with two of layers of vegetation and fences in between. Their enclosure is located on the far side of the home behind a different fence that cuts off the NW corner of the yard (see photos). If you’re dog roams this area, know it is fully enclosed. We do have signs that discourage use of this area to maximize privacy and minimize distractions. Other details: The rental area is to the right of the driveway and is fenced in by a 3ft fence along two sides, and a 4ft chain link fence on the other two sides. The area is about 3/4 acre. It includes plenty of room for your pup to run, jump and play! There are small hills, trees, and huge boulders. Natural lighting only. Under the second deck there are hammock swings guests may use. Please, no pets on swings. Visitors may also utilize the deck closest to the house, but pets must be leashed on the deck, as it is overlooking the play space and is not part of the fenced area. We may or may not be home. We do not typically interact with visitors to maximize your privacy, but would love to meet you if requested! When you book our Sniffspot, you’re really booking the whole 20 acres to yourself so your dog can have the pleasure of running, exploring & adventuring off leash without worry of running into other humans or other dogs.
