Once Upon A Happy Farm is a fully fenced Farm. We provide pet stays without the trauma of a commercial boarding facility. We have a 3 acre fenced pasture with extra large shade structure for pets and parents. No need to worry about water for thirsty doggies there is an on demand trough for them. It's a great place for a doggy play date with friends on the farm. All income generated off our spot will go towards charities. Currently, we are donating to a children's school in Soweto, Africa. We have visited this school, the children and families are such in need. Thank you for helping us make the world a better place, one reservation at a time!!!! Helping one person might not change the whole world, but it could change the world for one person. I have 10 acres, 5 acres is set up for your dogs to run. Very comfortable and relaxing. My property is very peaceful I do have lots of animals here including other dogs. All are on the front 5 acres of my property and contained. I am happy to answer any questions. My property is fully fenced and gated. Late winter through early summer: short mowed grass field under huge evergreen tree. Please note that as is typical for the valley, and because we don’t use any chemicals on our property, there are some foxtails and goatheads seasonally. We keep it mowed and weed whacked, but please check over your dog after your visit! New field and fence will be installed later this year. We require proof of your dog’s current vaccines prior to your visit, to ensure the health & safety of all our guests, as well as the health & safety our personal dogs and any dogs boarding with us. We cannot accept any dog onto the property that does not have proof of vaccinations. Training equipment & grooming table available upon special request. Dog treadmill, dog crates, and other amenities available upon request.

We're excited to offer almost 2 acres for your pup(s) to run around and get their exercise. There's plenty of room to toss a frisbee or throw a ball! Our pasture is fully fenced with a private entrance. There's plenty of shade, seating and toys to play with.

We have two fully fenced play yards that are used durning the the week for our doggy daycare. We offer two fenced in yards one for small dogs and one for big dog. The small yard is over 2000sqft and the big yard is over 4000sqft. Because this is a place of business, there will be either a staff member or volunteer manning the office and to help facilitate your SniffSpot experience. We also have a dog that lives here are our facility, her name is Luna. Luna will be kenneled by the office and will not have access to the play yards while in use. Our yards are cleaned and sanitized at the end of the day. When booking please specify which play yard your are wanting to book.

truly beautiful spot, just the right size to keep an eye on your dogs at all time while they run themselves tired. It was a half acre riding arena now converted. We’ve planted 3 weeping willow trees and they will grow quickly to provide even more shade to the grassy area. But rest assured, there is tons of shade and trees, all about the property and the doggie park, along with all the trees comes the birds, so constantly singing and tweeting. It’s quite serene. 2/3 (the center of the park) is irrigated grass… we have a large scratching post w/ sprinkler for hot days. We use the perimeter of the park like a walking track to get in our steps, you are welcome to do the same. there is currently a kiddy pool, but will Construct a much better concrete wading pool w drainage and fresh daily. (stay tuned) There are several seating options, very comfortable chairs spaced in a couple areas or even a couple pool style recliners. We have some things that you may want to use from time to time such as insect repellent, sunscreen spray, first aid kit, etc There is an indestructible table in the area if you need a place to set your coffee or would like to get some work done We have some Wi-Fi service available via Starlink and seem to maintain speed around 10-25mbps, which is not so bad for our rural setting. We are actually just a very short distance from Ripon, Manteca and Tracy (off Kasson Rd and Airport) about 7 or 8 minutes into the country from the Bass Pro Shop in Manteca. We will continuously improve the park and maintain and upgrade as use permits.

Humans can get in the pool for safety and support IF needed, but your dog(s) should be your sole focus. The pool is not for human swimming and lounging. If you would like to book the pool for human use and save $50 please message me. - Hose off and brush your pet before they enter pool. Relax in our fully fenced yard on our hammock under the trees, our large covered patio with a sectional couch, or under our umbrellas while your pup swims or sniffs around! Bluetooth speaker and private restroom available.
