Private pasture fenced with extra large shade structure for pets and parents. There is no need to worry about water for thirsty doggies. There is access to a hose and water bucket. It's a great place for a doggy play date with friends on the farm. All income generated off our spot will go towards charities. Currently, we are donating to a children's school in Soweto, Africa. We have visited this school, and the children and families are such in need. Thank you for helping us make the world a better place, one reservation at a time!!!! This is located down a short gravel driveway behind our vacant (under renovation) rental home. We live right next door on the same property. You can easily pull right up to the gate that is located between the two houses. There is toys/ water bowls/ and kiddie pool provided. Feel free to fill up the pool. Or if you want it filled before arrival let me know. We are constantly making upgrades and adding amenities.

A truly beautiful spot! just the right size to keep an eye on your dogs while they run themselves tired. It was a half acre sandy soil riding arena now converted. We’ve planted 3 weeping willow trees and they will grow quickly to provide even more shade to the grassy area. But rest assured, there is tons of shade and trees all about the doggie park and the rest of the property and along with all the trees comes the birds, so constant singing and tweeting…. It’s quite serene. 2/3 (the center of the park) is irrigated grass… we have a large scratching post and sprinklers And or a pool available for hot days. See extras some days you might luck out because if someone else pays to fill the pool, we won’t immediately drain it for a couple days unless someone else purchases the freshwater. So you may have a slightly used pool to use at no charge.. And if you do pay the $11 to fill it fresh.. you feel good that maybe someone else and there doggies will get to enjoy it beyond your use. —- A paw it forward gesture We have a dig site now, featuring both fresh sand and separately a clean dirt mound. We find half of the dogs prefer the sand and the other half prefer the fresh dirt mound. We also have a dry rock River bed featuring a few scarlet sage plants (non toxic aspca) and many of the dogs like to sniff around there and walk over the smooth rocks. We use the perimeter of the park like a walking track to get in our steps, you are welcome to do the same. There are several seating options, very comfortable chairs spaced in a couple areas or even a couple pool style recliners. We have some things that you may want or need to use from time to time such as insect repellent, sunscreen spray, first aid kit, etc There are 2 indestructible tables in the area if you need a place to set your coffee or would like to get some work done We have some Wi-Fi service available via Starlink and seem to maintain speeds around 15-25mbps, which is not so bad for our rural setting. We are actually just a very short distance from Ripon, Manteca and Tracy (off Kasson Rd and Airport) about 7 or 8 minutes into the country from the Bass Pro Shop in Manteca. only about 20 minutes from Modesto via Ripon and Ripon Road / Jack Tone We will continuously improve the park and maintain and upgrade as use allows. *** Our most recent additions include a restroom within the park perimeter and we now offer self-service snacks and drinks via Venmo, PayPal or Cash. 100% of the snack purchase Donations go directly to the PAW it Forward Sanctuary, NON Profit 501c3 Rescue. Native Plant Sniffing Paradise

DISCOUNT FOR CURRENT AND FORMER SHELTER/RESCUE DOGS. This is a fun spot for dogs to play hide & seek, find hidden items, and sniff lots of different plants. Dogs are welcome to dig as long as they don't dig up the plants. The plants are large so that shouldn't be a problem. There is plenty a bare ground digging space. The main part of the garden has a path around it which is perfect for zooming. The huge patio with dog beds and people furniture is great for relaxing. The grassy spot is wonderful for rolling around. The sprinkler can be turned on to have a water feature. There is also a doggy pool on the patio. The patio has an outdoor sink for cleanup. Dogs can be bathed/brushed on the patio. Dog shampoo & towels are provided. There is a small ice chest with two bottles of water. Wi-fi is provided. Text owner for details.

Part fake grass part real. There are chairs u can use to sit under the awning it's nice and shady. Backyard backs up against Briggsmore, but u usually tune it out. No pool use since people can't follow instructions.
