55This property was beautiful. There's plenty of shade on these super hot Florida days. There's plenty of room to run around. I had a hard time finding the water bowl, but I sent a message to the host and she told me where it was.
55We had some miscommunication re: the site but Eileen was very gracious and made everything right!! Mocha had a great sniffing time-lots of horse smells, that were new to her hound nose. Beautiful spot with pastures and wooded area.
55Love love!!!! My babies had a blast!!!!
55It was very easy to get to, extremely clean and so much property to explore. Highly recommend this sniff spot!!
55Perfect place to visit! Pups loved it!
55Whenever we are in the Winter Garden/Clermont area we always make time for our Portuguese Water Dogs to have a run and play at this Sniffspot. Very private. Clean. Easy to find. If there was a swimming option it would be the perfect play day.
15I reserved this spot for an hour on 4/1/23 from 8:30-9:30 am and it was a complete failure. I live 25 minutes from this location and I basically drove 50 minutes with my dog in the car for no reason. I drove out here on 4/1 and when I arrived the gate was closed and it seemed like you needed a pin. I double-checked that i drove to the correct address and it was the right place. I contacted the host 5 minutes after my reservation time, at 8:35 am and no response. I waited 10-15 more minutes and messaged her again asking for instructions as I didn’t see any gate info or instructions for opening the gate on the listing. That was around 8:45 am. The host didn’t reply again so I left since my dog was getting anxious just sitting in the car. The host messaged me THREE MINUTES before my reservation was due, so at 9:27 am, asking if I had gotten in okay (?) …. I honestly had to look at the message multiple times as I was confused at her response. She did apologize but just stated “to push the gate and let myself in” (?) I was and still am very confused as to why she stated this. She claimed in the messages she was out of town and to just let myself into her property. Although, I wasn’t near the property when she replied I felt very uncomfortable at her reply. Most of the reviews mentioned the host greets you in the entrance and is very welcoming. I’m not sure what happened but this was my first time and probably last time using sniffspot due to the unfortunate events and the miscommunication from the host.
55Great property and pretty secure all the way around. Our big boy had the best time there after being cooped up all week at home in our boring back yard.. he loved all the different smells and great shaded areas to roll around in. We will be coming back for sure. Great and easy communication with owner as well.
55This property was absolutely beautiful. When we arrived the host greeted us and was very kind. We brought our 9 y/o pup whose dog reactive to let her run around without the risk of another dog showing up and she had the time of her life. They have horses as well who she loved interacting with 🤣 would absolutely book again in the future!
55What a beautiful property! We had a blast sniffing all the things and exploring. My girl loves sand, so she spent a good amount of time running and rolling around the jumping ring. I was glad the horses were put up behind the house. My girl went to explore and got a bit barky. I peed her back to the front (where most of the space is) to play and they were out of sight, out of mind for the rest of our time there. It was a bit of a drive for us, but we will be back again at some point. I took the scenic highway in and really enjoyed the drive on a gorgeous morning.

Pepper was a mix of Chow, Siberian Husky, German Shepherd, and Wolf. Unfortunately, he was not able to be socialized. But he enjoyed his backyard, and now I'm offering Pepper's Backyard to other dogs like Pepper and for every dog to run free, play, and be happy off leash. For an additional fee of $10 per dog per visit, your dog(s) can cool off in Pepper's saltwater pool. **Please sign up for the pool under "Extras" *** Dog(s) must be accompanied by a human while they are in the pool and use a water vest or floatie if needed (not provided by Host) and Dog(s) and Human(s) must be able to swim in up to 6 feet of water. You are required to use caution and care when swimming. There is to be no diving into the pool. There are no lifeguards on duty. You, your dog(s), and any guest you bring agree that you are swimming at your own risk and assume all liability for yourself, your dog(s), and anyone you bring with you. Prior to your visit, you are required to inform Host thru the Sniffspot app of all humans and dogs you are bringing to PEPPER'S BACKYARD. Please be careful not to throw balls or frisbees over the fence and do not take any toys home with you. They are the property of Pepper's Backyard. An inventory of all toys is taken before and after each Guest visit.
