Description

This is a huge peice of property on a little side street with hardly any traffic at all. Tons of room to run, lots of things to explore. If this takes off and I end up with people interested, I'd be happy to supply dog toys and obstacles. There's a cold water fountain of fresh florida spring water. Chairs and dog bowls for food and water will be added outside before your arrival. I'd also add a small kiddy pool per request. There's nothing here on the property toxic to pets, or things they can get hurt on. There's plenty of shady spots and spots completely in the sun. I'd be happy to add anything to make you and your fluffy friend feel at home and relaxed to have the best time possible. I do have chickens on the property. But they are in a chicken coop that's dog/ racoon proof. As mentioned there is no fence but again, if this did take off and I had people interested I could always add a fence. So come on over and have some fun.

Additional rules

Because my property is not fenced in, I do ask that your dog is trained and listens to you well. It is a large yard on a quiet street and all of my neighbors are extremely friendly. I also have 5 chickens that will be secured in a coop. I just ask they are left alone. Make sure to pick up any large sticks or toys. Please let me know if you are interested in meeting or not, or if you would like your visit to be private. Either way is fine with me. I do plan on eventually putting a privacy fence around a large part of the property.
