Description

Our spot is located right across the road from the beautiful Chadwick Lake in Newburgh. We have 1/4 acre fenced in backyard with regularly trimmed grass. About half of the yard is flat and the other half is on a hill. It backs up to a wooded area. There is a deck and a patio with furniture and umbrellas. We provide a few dog toy options and a bowl of fresh water. Additionally, there is a patio heater available for the cooler season and some water toy/kiddie pool options for summer (can be found under extras for purchase). Hope to have you for a visit soon! Dog birthday parties or events are allowed! Just book the time slot for the proper number of dogs. We have plenty of parking and enough chairs for 10-12 people. OUR DOG WILL BE OUT OF SIGHT AND SHOULD NOT BE HEARD. MORE DETAILS BELOW :) We rarely see other dogs from our spot but occasionally there is a small dog that can be seen a couple houses down. If our dog is home he will be kept in the house and you shouldn’t see or hear him.

Hazards

We have seen bunnies, squirrels, and groundhogs on the property. There are a few holes in the ground from dogs digging and we do patch them but they tend to get dug right back up quickly! Dogs will be dogs :)

Beautifully kept yard with plenty of shade and sun. Amanda had toys, a bowl of water and poop bags all waiting. I definitely would book this spot again!

It was perfect. Easy to find, no issues with access, nice terrain, a basket of necessities, and lounges for humans. The yard also offered spots of shade. Bear is tuckered out in a good way.

This place was perfect for my 6mo german shepherd. He is fearful of people making it hard to go to dog parks. He was able to run and play freely without having to be scared or anxious. There was fresh water on the patio and Amanda was the perfect host. We will definitely be coming back again!

The host was excellent! The water bowl was set out for my dog upon our arrival, as well as a variety of toys for our use. The area was spacious with enough room for plenty of play!

Great fence, clean yard, super fun times for our two dogs and two foster dogs. We were on our way to bring one of our fosters to his new adopters and this was conveniently on our route and really worth the 30 minute detour!

My pup had so much fun! I highly recommend this spot. The space was clean, very spacious, and the fence was secure. The hill especially tired her out. Toys and water were provided but I also brought some of my own.

My husband and I live near Chadwick lake in Newburgh and enjoy spending our time in the backyard or park playing with our mini Goldendoodle, Arthur. We recently put in a fence to allow Arthur more freedom and look forward to sharing that with others :)
