Located just minutes from SMH hospital, this safe, spacious park is perfect for dogs to run, play, and burn off energy! Important Information for Your Visit: When you arrive, please be aware that the neighbor across the street occasionally has their dogs out in their yard. While these dogs appear friendly toward people, they may not be as comfortable around other dogs. For everyone’s safety, we kindly ask that you keep your dogs secured in your vehicle while opening and closing the driveway gate. Once you’re on the property with the gate closed, you shouldn’t see any other dogs and your dogs are free to roam and play safely. Our Sniffspot is located in a residential neighborhood surrounded by other homes. As a result, you may occasionally hear neighbors working in their yards or dogs barking. Additionally, a new community is being built next door, so there may be construction noise during your visit. Unfortunately, these are outside of our control. If your dog is reactive to these types of sounds and you still want to give our spot a try, feel free to message us, and we’ll do our best to coordinate a quieter time for your visit. Lastly, please note that the yard features some uneven ground. We recommend treading carefully to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone. Thank you for understanding. A Few Friendly Reminders for Your Visit • Arrival Time: If you arrive early, please wait to open the gate until your scheduled start time. We may have loose dogs in the yard up until your reservation begins, and we want to ensure a smooth transition for everyone. • Opening/closing the gate: Please keep your dogs secured in your vehicle when entering the spot. Once you are on the property and the gate is closed, you are free to let your dogs off-leash to rome and play in the yard. • Clean-Up Courtesy: We kindly ask that you clean up after your dog(s). While we walk the yard each morning and pick up any missed poops, we can’t check between every visitor. Please help us keep the space enjoyable for the next guest by leaving it clean. We understand that sometimes poops get missed—if you happen to pick up a stray one left behind by another pup, we’re very grateful! Please let us know if this happens so we can address the issue with the previous visitor. • Cooler and Bins: Please keep the cooler latched when not in use to prevent curious dogs or other animals from getting inside. Likewise, keep all bins sealed when not in use to protect supplies and towels from unexpected rain. • Digging: To keep the yard beautiful, we ask that you prevent your dogs from digging in the grassy areas. They are welcome to dig in the sandy areas instead! Tools, including a shovel and rake, are provided to help you fill in any holes afterward. Thank you for helping us maintain a safe, clean, and fun environment for everyone. We’re so glad you’re visiting, and we hope you and your pups have a fantastic time!

very secluded, surrounded mostly by vegetation. Pool available. Pool is fenced in case you don't want your dog entering the pool. You have to open the pool fence to let them in. Fresh water, dog first aid kit. You may toss your doggie poop bag in the trash can as you leave. Hand sanitizer. Dog bath area (shampoo and conditioner is an extra expense). Back gate sets about 3-4 inches above the ground, so very small dogs could go under the gate or between the back fence rods. Bathroom by the pool. Towels to dry your dog off are in the pool bathroom as well. The total area the dog(s) can go is a little under .25 acres. While you are here, my dogs will be locked inside the house. They will only be visible at the patio doors. You may hear dogs in the distance, but it's secluded enough that you won't see dogs other than mine through the patio doors if you are close enough to them (there are squirrels, rabbits and such here and there).

This 5 acre private, fully fenced Sniffspot offers a peaceful and secure environment with plenty of room to run, sniff, play in the pond and explore. The property is quiet and private. It is fully fenced & very secure which is perfect for reactive, anxious, or escape-prone dogs. We have a GSP who is an escape artist, and we've made sure it's safe for her. There are tons of oak trees + natural shade which makes the property cool, comfortable, and relaxing. Our dogs love the property so much we wanted to share it with others. There is a pond on the property so dogs can sniff around, swim and enjoy the natural setting. There is a fountain and fish in the pond (primarily Blue Gill and Catfish). We have never seen any gators on the property. They would have to climb the 6 foot fence to get in. Great for multi-dog families. There is enough room for everyone to run free! The property is set back a little from the road. It feels very peaceful. 🕒 Open Daily 6AM to 8PM. Repeat guests who are great with the property can request access to the pool. The yard is treated regularly for fire ants by a professional fire ant company. It is rare to find fire ants on the property. We did this to protect our own pets. There are ant hills present, but they are not fire ants. The pond is maintained by a pond company. Depending on the time of year, the water level and number of Lilly pads (and other vegetation) in the pond changes. 💧 Amenities Water available Seating for owners Easy parking Quiet, natural environment Two hoses for bathing. Bring your own towels. :) Shampoo, water bowls and some toys provided. Pool and lanai access - as an extra upon request for repeat, courteous guests :) We hope you enjoy the property as much as we do!
