55Great communication and open about what is on her property! The property is gorgeous our dog loved the pond to play with and open field. Plus the farm animals were great for desensitization training.
55The dogs loved the property and had lots to explore. Side note: The horses were in a pasture only separated by a wood boarded fence at the front of the Sniffspot's fenceline. For that reason, I would recommend that any dogs attending have zero interest in horses to avoid any issues.
55Wonderful spot!! My dog loved seeing the farm animals and doing the horse jumps, not to mention the pond! Ever since moving to FL, he’s for sure missed being able to dig in sandy pond water which he got to do here - no gators!!😅 Just be aware, if you have a reactive dog, the neighbors around do let their dogs roam around (I saw 3 driving on the gravel pathway leaving), but it’s likely a rare occurrence to actually have one come in while there. Regardless it’s definitely a fun little spot to check out! And I now have a tired pup😂

Description

Bring your 4 legged friends out to explore. Small farm located at the end of a private dirt road. Quiet peaceful setting with plenty of shade trees and a swing. Horses, pig and dogs on premises (dogs kept inside, horses in barn while guests are visiting). Small pond with dock available to let your dog swim and practice diving. Absolutely No alligators in pond I get asked this often. 🙂 Doggy wash station and water hose provided.

Only one booking is allowed at a time at any spot and there is an enforced 30 min buffer between all bookings to ensure dogs in separate bookings do not meet.
This spot is set for Booking, which means you will be instantly confirmed for any booking you request. You will receive the address and access instruction immediately following booking.
Visits can be moved or cancelled up to 2 hours before a visit.
Visits can be extended and dogs can be added throughout the visit.
