Welcome to our Delaware oasis, a 10-acre testament to nature’s beauty on a horse farm. We’re Victoria, Toné, and our three kids, alongside our service dogs and Siamese twins. Our land, a blend of wooded trails and open fields, invites you and your dog for a unique bonding experience, free from the confines of city life. Our family’s heart holds a special place for my first dog, Cody, a spirited soul who taught us resilience. If Sniffspot existed then, it would’ve been a haven for us, a place to learn and grow without the fear of hills and unpredictability. In his memory, we offer this space – a peaceful realm for training, exploration, and connection, just like Cody would have loved. Safety is paramount, so please share your dog’s needs and triggers. Long leads are available for those with wanderlust. Stay by their side, watch them revel in their freedom, and cherish the uninterrupted moments together.

Fully fenced backyard 1/2 acre backyard with huge driveway! Also equipped with a large detached garage and a couple fire pits. Let your dogs run free and have a good time! Friendly neighbors who are pet friendly! There is a hose outback that you’re welcome to use for your pups. As I get started I’ll be adding treats, poop bags, and a waste bucket for your pups! I’ll also provide water bowls for your pups as well!

11 wooded acres with over a mile of blazed trails and 250ft of elevation. Natural spring water available. Not fenced.

1700s Historic Home with 10 acres. The North East river borders one side to run and play, and the railroad line runs along the other side but is fenced. Rabbits, groundhogs, and squirrels are plentiful! Field mowed area in some spots, so not all lawn cut grass at this time. It is mowed regularly but may be of varying heights throughout the summer. Woods are available to walk through; however, no trails are available yet (coming soon!). Privacy in the backyard, may see occasional joggers or fishermen on the street out front. Circular driveway is good for laps. The fenced portion of the yard is only for advance approved usage by very young or small dogs. Please keep dogs off of front porch; Gazebo is available for shade or inclement weather. Sniffspot tote is located under the gazebo in a teal tote. Please leave dirty bowls and towels outside of bin for cleaning.

Securely fenced 9 acres.

We have about a half acre fenced in for dogs to enjoy running around. We also have a small pond with frogs and fish that’s inside our fenced in area. Welcome to our private dog park! This used to be a horse pasture but since we don't have horses anymore it has been turned into a dog park and recreational area. It is fully fenced to keep even small dogs contained. We hope you have a tail wagging good time!
