My dog rex loves this property. The owners description is dead on. I would trust dogs far less responsive to commands here as the natural borders keep them from any danger.
This was such a great time! It was our first time using Sniffspot- Kerry was wonderful. She communicated clearly and she made yummy treats for our dogs. We had told her it was their birthdays and she even left them a card! She had left a perfect box filled with towels, toys, water bowls, and water. It was very well organized! The property was really nice- the dogs took a dip in the creek and were exhausted from running around. Given that the front of the house is close to the street, I would say this is a good spot for dogs who don’t wander too far away. Also the grass is longer and the path by the creek is very dense so smaller dogs might be hard to keep track of! Overall 10/10!
It was a very nice and open clean space. Lots of room in the fields to run, not as much wooded access if your dog loves the woods as much as mine. I also recommend wearing long pants as the grass is high and the one path along the river was over grown a little as well. We didn’t have access to the river, but my pup loved chasing the rabbits and deer so she was entertained while we were there. Overall, I highly recommend this place just don’t forget long pants and bug spray!! :)
Kerrie responded to my questions very quickly. They had a trail mowed into the field. The property was beautiful. My Golden Retriever was totally undeterred by the train some others have referenced. My only wish- I wish we had access to the wooded areas. None the less, my dog was ecstatic with all the scents. Thanks for providing the space for dog freedom, Kerrie!
Lovely property and Bug had a wonderful time!
Had a blast! Didn't get to check out a lot cause Sascha heard the word frisbee and was like forget exploring 🤣
This was a wonderful place for our dogs to explore! Kerry communicated important details and provided quick responses to any questions I had. We'll definitely be back!
Came back for a second visit today and the dogs had a great time!
Beautiful home and got back to me very quickly! Our dog loved it but she got tired out quick. We’ll definitely be going back!
This spot was clean and wide open. The dogs could run around and you could keep an eye on them every step of the way. Inside the gazebo there was a container of water, toys, and treats. My dogs were exhausted after 30 mins of walking are kind and playing. I kept them going for another 30 though and they are now taking the biggest nap. Great spot.
Great property! Train tracks are completely avoidable and not a problem.
My pups had a great time here! There’s a nice clear path around the property. We ventured down to the river, but it was a pretty steep drop into the water so only one of my dogs was brave enough to hop it. My dogs are all good off leash, but I’d definitely plan to bring a long line with you if that isn’t the case for your own dog!
It was a good spot with nice natural barriers to serve as discouragement from wandering off, not suitable off leash if a dog is going to just take off but worked very well for us and was as described!
In back of the neat old house there is a large, wild field with some woods at the edges where your dog can run free. There are no walking trails but there is an area at the edge where the grass is mowed and it's possible to set up your own chairs. Be aware, however, that the field is unfenced and bordered by active Amtrak train tracks on one side and a busy road on the other. If your dog is under good voice control (one of ours is), you may like it, but we found it rather stressful overall with our other (willfully deaf) dog.
