Description

I offer daycare and boarding for social dogs. My large fenced yard is ideal for puppy parties, play dates, dog introductions, socializing, training, play time, etc.

Hazards

Fence works great for my dogs, though there are weak points that will be fixed and fortified as weather permits. Inspect fence yourself before you allow your dog loose to be sure you are confident it will hold your dog. Any dog, can get out of anything, if they want to enough. There is mud, potential for ticks and fleas. Make sure dogs are on prevention.

Our dog was very curious about the chicken coop which made us nervous but other then that we had a good time.
Host replied: No worries, the chickens will go inside their building if the dogs get too much! Then it's not interesting that much anymore. I listed the coop is in the yard. In warmer weather it gets moved further away and fenced in to provide a little extra barrier.

This is absolutely our favorite spot! We had a ball with our four dogs! It is so convenient to park in the drive and walk a short distance to the backyard! It is a large space, completely fenced, perfect for using a ball launcher for our pup that loves to chase the ball! There were so many "sniff spots" for the other three that love to explore and mosey around! There are a few very gracious chickens in a coop, that kept our little dogs entertained, large trees for shade, and a covered area for snooping around! A couple of the neighbor's friendly dogs coming out to say "Hello"...(not within 50 feet)...a wonderful hour all around! Jenni came out to visit with us for a bit and you can tell that she loves dogs and is excited to share her space and get to know her customers! Highly recommend visiting Jenni's!

If you’d like to rent our adjacent space with a swimming pool, please contact us to make arrangements. The pool bay is not included with the standard SniffSpot rental. *The HVAC will keep the space more comfortable than outdoors, but it may not be a comfortable 65-70.

NOTE: We are currently only accepting a limited number of memberships at this spot. We do not accept individual bookings. Please message me if you would like to become a member. We may have a spot open. Note: If your pup can jump up or over a 3 1/2 foot fence and is prone to jumping up when people or dogs walk by the fence, then this site will not be safe for your pup. Welcome to our yard! We offer a convenient location for you to bring your medium or small sized pup for some outdoor off-leash time. We have trees and grassy areas with lots of smells for your dog to sniff. We also have benches and a small shelter with a chair and table for your comfort. Great space to let your dog off leash to safely play, exercise, and enjoy the outdoors. We supply dog treats as well as toys. A water hose and bowl are also available. Everything can be found in the storage box in the little green shelter. If you are reserving a time when it is dark outside, the spot is lit up from the large street light. We do not have any other lights in the spot. There is a portable light in the little green shelter that you can switch on if needed. We recommend bringing a flashlight in the rare event that the street light does not turn on. Gate Entrance: Sidewalk on the street side of the house. Depending on how close you park, you will need to walk your dog on a leash at least 200ft to reach the chain link gate entrance to the spot. Clean up: Poop bags are provided and can be disposed of in metal garbage can located in the green shelter. We do our best to check the spot between guests and we trust that each guest is cleaning up after their pup. If you happen to run across something we missed from a previous guest, please feel free to put a marker flag (found in the storage box) near the spot so we can clean it up.

We have a great property for humans and dogs! We own about 14 acres of land. About 9 acres of it is woods, river, and trails. Lots to explore! We have a fire pit and do a lot of 4 wheeling. None of the property is fenced in but the house sits a ways off the road. Bring boots for the river and trails!

Dog-park style double gated entry/exit to back yard, board on board fence for privacy (black aluminum fencing with shrubs across the back). 2 large maple trees provide plenty of shade in the summer. Adirondack chairs and table located on the brick patio (shaded in summer with awnings) for owners to relax while your pups are enjoying the space. Water bowl provided with large cooler to easily refill the bowl, along with poop bags and trash can for easy disposal. Our dogs love this space, and we hope yours will too!
