This is a dog's paradise! Plenty of room to run free, dig and be happy! There's a large dirt mound in the back for those that love to hunt, dig or climb. Ample shade on 3/4 of an acre. We'll provide sticks, toys and a small kiddy pool for cooling off (initially covered so you can decide how wet they get). We look forward to making your dog's day!

If the hammock is out, feel free to kick back. Sit and relax while your dog/s plays. Please clean up after your pet in the designated can. Food and water bowls available. I hope you enjoy!

Fully fenced, "escape-proof" back yard, with plenty of off-street parking on double-wide driveway in quiet neighborhood. Dog-park style double gated entry/exit to back yard, board on board fence for privacy (black aluminum fencing with shrubs across the back). 2 large maple trees provide plenty of shade in the summer. Adirondack chairs and table located on the brick patio (shaded in summer with awnings) for owners to relax while your pups are enjoying the space. Water bowl provided with large cooler to easily refill the bowl, along with poop bags and trash can for easy disposal. Our dogs love this space, and we hope yours will too!

NOTE: We are currently only accepting a limited number of memberships at this spot. We do not accept individual bookings. Please message me if you would like to become a member. We may have a spot open. Note: There is a public sidewalk that is very close to one side of the fence. Please note that if your pup can jump up or over a 3 1/2 foot fence AND is prone to jumping up when people or other dogs walk by the fence, then this site will NOT be safe for your pup. This spot is best for medium to small dogs or dogs that are not triggered by people and other dogs. Welcome to our yard! We offer a convenient location for you to bring your medium or small sized pup for some outdoor off-leash time. We have trees and grassy areas with lots of smells for your dog to sniff. We also have benches and a small shelter with a chair and table for your comfort. Great space to let your dog off leash to safely play, exercise, and enjoy the outdoors. We supply dog treats as well as toys. Water and a bowl are also available. Everything can be found in the storage box in the little green shelter. If you are reserving a time when it is dark outside, the spot is lit up from the large street light. We do not have any other lights in the spot. There is a portable light in the little green shelter that you can switch on if needed. We recommend bringing a flashlight in the rare event that the street light does not turn on. Gate Entrance: Sidewalk on the street side of the house. Depending on how close you park, you will need to walk your dog on a leash at least 200ft to reach the chain link gate entrance to the spot. Clean up: Poop bags are provided and can be disposed of in metal garbage can located in the green shelter. We do our best to check the spot between guests and we trust that each guest is cleaning up after their pup. If you happen to run across something we missed from a previous guest, please let us know.

Rent your own private dog park in Downtown Cleveland. Includes an indoor, climate controlled area* and an outdoor area. Located at Cleveland’s newest dog attraction, Bark Boarding! If you’d like to rent our adjacent space with a swimming pool, please contact us to make arrangements. The pool bay is not included with the standard SniffSpot rental. *The HVAC will keep the space more comfortable than outdoors, but it may not be a comfortable 65-70.

We have a great property for humans and dogs! We own 14 acres of land. About 9 acres of it is woods, river, and trails. Lots to explore! None of the property is fenced in but the house sits a ways off the road. There is a bench by the river and a tree swing. Bring boots for the river and trails!

There is also a bench to hang out on while your pup is enjoying the yard. There is a chicken coop where your dog can meet chickens and the two rain barrels may be used to provide water for your dog. Our yard is fully fenced in with a playground setting. It's a great family friendly fun spot with plenty of space to play for both pets and people. Your Sniffspot station will be located at the picnic table, which include a variety of toys for your pooch to choose from. There is a gazebo for shade with comfy seating and a table to eat at (bring a snack)! On street parking is always available. If you have children, they are welcomed. Add an extra to your visit for some fun and get the zoomies out! The first two humans are included with each reservation, regardless of age. Extras are available for purchase to add extra company to your visit.
