55A really great spot to wear your energetic pup out. Huge field of grass (kind of tall) but green & lush. It’s hilly as you enter which is an additional opportunity to wear them out. It’s fully fenced, just check to make sure both drive thru gates are closed (on either side of the house). It’s out off of Spurgeon Creek Rd. There are even a couple large balls & a chuck-it in the field.❤️
55Great location with easy access. The back gated area was great to let the dogs frolic through the tall grass. Almost lost the ball a couple times! The area gets pretty marshy towards the back though, of course the dogs don’t mind. We didn’t play in the front area since the description said another dog might be there but we didn’t see them.
55My dogs love this spot! Lots of room to run and play!
55very nice big enough grass field for my 2 dogs to run around , they loved it! 🤗
55My pups just loved this spot. Lots of room for them to run and play. The owner was great at communicating where to park and warned me the bigger back field was wet. I wore rain boots but it wasn't that bad at all. Just a little squishy. My pups are little guys so in some parts the grass was taller than them but that didn't stop them. They were very interested in the horse next door who came right up to the fence to say hello. My dog barked a few times but it didn't seem to bother him. It's a beautiful property and I'll definitely be bringing my pups back for a visit. Thank you!

Description

5 acres raw pasture partially fenced, and 1 acre manicured lawn area fenced. Beautiful setting, very private and easily accessible. 2 dogs live here- with enough notice they'll be out of sight or sound. If you're going to play in the big field, be prepared for it to be a little mushy... Rain boots will be best!

Hazards

Pet friendly dogs only please! There are other dogs that live here as well as a horse. DO NOT play on upper terrace of the yard. Small aussie "Nova" lives here and that's her space. She is only outside supervised.

Large 1/3 acre lot, perfect to chuck it far and tire out your canine.

Added an outhouse with hand sanitizer, covered seating area, privacy screen along fence to help with anyone walking dogs down the street or the neighbors concrete business. Mostly quiet neighborhood where you can feel safe to let your dog run and dig. Large playground tunnel equipment for your doggy to play in! Don't let the darkness defeat you taking your canine out to play! Installed 3 street lights to keep the early darkness at bay. Light timer switch is on the left inside the dog two way gate. Lights take a couple minutes to get fully bright. Now you can play with your dog from 6am to 9pm. Enjoy this private area that you can let your dog off leash without having to worry about anyone interrupting your time with your dog. Picnic table with cover. Water dish, poop bags, waste bin, sticks and balls with a chuck it at entrance. Coordinate with a friend and meet here to let your dogs play together while you catch up. We charge $13 for the hour space rental so, *please mark only one dog even if you are bringing more* The space has a long grassy open [360 feet] area to use a chuck it for dogs that love to fetch. A large cedar provides shade on half of the property while the other half is in the sunshine. This is a fun spot for dogs to exercise their legs and noses. Please check back for future upgrades. Any suggestions on obstacles or improvements please message me. Thanks for considering enjoying canine time here!
