Welcome! We’re happy to have you! We have a large open backyard with two levels. Up a wide set of three steps is a large grassy area with plenty of space for your pups to run and play. We have a covered patio area with a table and chairs you’re welcome to move around and make yourself comfortable. If you bring kids they’ll have fun playing in the playhouse and are welcome to whatever toys they find. The space is completely fenced in. We do have one fence board down near the entrance that we need to fix but it is currently blocked off and shouldn’t be a problem. Our backyard is family friendly so please excuse the mess if I don’t always get to cleaning it up. I have provided two water bowls, a small container of tennis balls and some dog bags. Please always clean up after them and feel free to leave the bags in the black trash bin on the front driveway on your way out! Entrance is through the side gate on the left of the house as you approach. There will be a metal pull cord and the gate swings in. When you enter you’ll see the hose in front of you. Help yourself to water for your dogs and let me know if you need water for yourselves or anything else and I will accommodate whatever I can! During your visit we will stay out of the backyard and have no pets that will interrupt your time so you don’t have to worry about being approached and can feel comfortable keeping your dogs off leash. Please note that if you book a morning slot you may find the far right corner of the grass to be a little muddy as the water seems to collect there. We’re working on a solution but just want you to be aware of that before you book. You may want to bring a towel just in case. We’re super excited to have you and would love to hear any suggestions you have for improving our space. We’ll do our best to implement as our time and budget allows. Hello, everyone, come on over to our spot. The weather is still warm and it's a great time for your fur babies to swim/play in our Sniffspot pool. We have a smaller space perfect for small/medium dogs with room to swim and play for all sizes. Very good for older and shy dogs as they have their own area. We have toys, doggy treats, bags, pooper scooper, and a garbage can. We also have drinks and snacks for hoomans and a pool for you and your pup to swim in and towels to dry off. It is fenced off for safety. Although our pool is not heated, we keep it covered when not in use, so it is much warmer than most pools at this time of the year! We recognize that our fur babies need exercise, swimming included, all year long. We've have a very nice cozy atmosphere for nighttime swimming too!! Please check us out and tell your friends! ❤️

Large fenced backyard with amazing pool for your furry friend. Option to add extras if you want to swim with your fur kids… Friends please send me a message ahead of time if you plan on swimming with your pups. While this is a dog focused activity I understand that timid or new swimmers may need in pool assistance and that’s no problem/no extra charge. On the other hand if you want to bring the fam/friends and swim laps with your pups and break out some pool floats there is an additional $10 charge. ***New policy change. Please take your dog waste with you. We are seeing a large volume of pups as it’s summer and do not have space to store the waste. Thank you for understanding.❤️🐾😎 A note on same day cancellations. Friends the first one is a pass as life happens. Second is a block from my spot. We only run a limited number of spots a day (to ensure cleanliness and a high quality experience) and if you book a spot and habitually cancel last minute then its not respecting my time or that of other Sniffspotters that really want to enjoy the spot. Have your doggies enjoy a quiet fenced in backyard. Maybe they will pick a peach maybe a lemon. There is a nice patio space for owner to sit and enjoy.

An incredible yard for your dog to run and play. Plenty of dog toys are provided and we encourage you to let your dog run free! There is plenty of space to run wild and allow your dog to socialize if you bring more than 1. The yard has a small deck for owners to sit and relax while your dog runs free. If you prefer to be on the lawn, you are welcome to grab a chair and sit on the lawn under the trees. Hammock can be used and we encourage dogs to please use the designated 💩 area for their needs.

Additionally our creek is not shared with any public access. The strip of land across the creek which is mainly covered in overgrowth of blackberries and trees is privately owned and fully fenced. No public access is granted there. Additionally although we are in rattlesnake season and it is always good to be aware of your surroundings no matter where you go, we have not encountered any snakes on our property. Our creek as well as many other play areas on our property is used safely daily by our 2 labs, frenchie, kitty, family, friends and Sniffspot reservations*

Hi! We have a quarter of an acre yard that is easy access in the middle of Carmichael. I call it hidden Paradise for dogs and fur Parents too. If you want a place that you and your fur baby can enjoy alone time. Take a walk or play this is a Pawfect place for you. We do have a lot of parking space. We provide chairs under the tree. Welcome to our farm! We are an organic vegetable farm, most the vegetables are grown in the greenhouses, so please do your best to keep the dogs out of them. The rest of the property is free to roam. Soil to dig, pond to swim in, and plenty of smells. The cows and chickens are separated by an interior fence. The dogs are welcome to go up to the fence line and sniff around. If the cows seem agitated use your best judgment and keep them at a distance. There is a sitting area with water bowls at the pond. The pond is located between the house and the barn, look for two large cement tanks and you’ll find it. Please feel free to pick and eat blackberries when in season. But please do not eat fruit from the trees. Parking is by the solar panels. Enjoy!

Wide open pasture, fully fenced in. There's no irrigation so it gets dry, crackling, and some parts down to dirt, and sometimes there can be a stream of water going through the middle of the pasture and when it's drying it is muddy. Big water for dogs. Small pool for dogs to play in. Have toys and treats for the pups. Have friends with dogs?! Bring them all and come make a day of it! Feel free to bring a bbq, stereo, or games. Plenty of room for both the pups and the people to hang out and have a good time!
