Welcome to my spacious, dog-designed backyard with its brand new 6ft vinyl fence all around! I dog sit all the time, so the space is designed as an oasis for pups large and small— the fence is low enough to the ground that small pups can’t get out, and friends of all sizes will love chasing the tennis balls! Have a seat in the many chairs or enjoy the hammock, too! No neighboring dogs, so enjoy your time in peace.

How would you and your dog(s) like to swim in our pool? Kai's Oasis offers a large pool, a kiddie pool, firepit, Water Hose, Beach Chairs, Avocado Tree, and overall use of our secluded backyard. Relax and Unwind. You and your dog(s) are free to swim in our beautiful sparkling refreshing swimming pool for NO additional fee! Please DO NOT ENTER SCREENED PATIO AREA. Make your reservation now! Fully fenced backyard for your dog(s) to run around and play in. This spot is perfect for any dog but especially for small/medium dogs that aren't able to run free or be around other dogs or people. Open for every dog to run free, play and be happy off leash. Dog(s) must be accompanied by a human while they are in the pool and use a water vest or floatie if needed (not provided by Host) and Dog(s) and Human(s) must be able to swim in up to 6 feet of water. Please DO NOT ENTER SCREENED PATIO AREA. * You are visiting our home where my family and I live. Please be respectful of our home. Please pick up your dog(s) poop. If you don't have dog poop bags there will be some provided for you on the patio table. Please place trash and waste bags in the big green trash bin in front of home on your way out. *No drugs or alcohol is to be brought to or consumed at Kai's Oasis per Sniffspot's Guest rules. You are required to use caution and care when swimming. There is to be no diving into the pool. There are no lifeguards on duty. You, and your dog(s) agree that you are swimming at your own risk and assume all liability for yourself, your dog(s). Prior to your visit, you are required to inform Host thru the Sniffspot app of all humans and dogs you are bringing to Kai's Oasis. Please DO NOT ENTER SCREENED PATIO AREA. * Please be careful not to throw balls or frisbees over the fence and do not take any toys home with you. They are the property of Kai's Oasis. Please supervise your dog(s) and do not allow them to dig holes in our yard. You may leave toys on the ground before you leave - we will clean them for the next guest. Please know that there are 2 working and monitored surveillance cameras that take video clips of everything you, your dog(s) and any guest you may bring with you are doing while you are on our property and by booking at Kai's Oasis you all acknowledge and agree to being video recorded. Hello we are the owners of WoofTang! We provide boarding, daycare, training and grooming services. We know dog parks can be inconsistent for many reasons. We want to offer our yard as a fun safe place for your dog(s) and you to spend time together. Our yard .5 acres of turn. We also have a large doggy pool, even humans can go inside of! Available Monday through Friday 12pm-1pm. Saturday and Sunday 12pm-1:30pm.

Not only the use of our private backyard, but you and your dog(s) have the option to swim in our beautiful sparkling refreshing saltwater swimming pool for an additional fee of $10 per dog per visit! Sign up for this option under the "EXTRAS" section. There are less expensive Sniffspots in Orlando you can visit, but none of them offer the amenities that Pepper's Backyard And Pool does. If you want to enjoy the dog days of summer swimming in a beautiful, clean, refreshing saltwater swimming pool with your dogs, Pepper's Backyard and Pool is the spot for you! When my dog Pepper was alive, I couldn't take him to public parks without him having to be muzzled and tethered to a very short leash. Pepper was a mix of Chow, Siberian Husky, German Shepherd, and Wolf. Unfortunately, he was not able to be socialized. But he enjoyed his backyard, and now I'm offering Pepper's Backyard to other dogs like Pepper and for every dog to run free, play, and be happy off leash. For an additional fee of $10 per dog per visit, your dog(s) can cool off in Pepper's saltwater pool. **Please sign up for the pool under "Extras" *** Dog(s) must be accompanied by a human while they are in the pool and use a water vest or floatie if needed (not provided by Host) and Dog(s) and Human(s) must be able to swim in up to 6 feet of water. No drugs or alcohol is to be brought to or consumed at Pepper's Backyard per Sniffspot's Guest rules. Please pick up your dog(s) poop. Please place used soiled dog toys and towels in the laundry basket located on the patio so they can be cleaned and sanitized for the next guest. You are required to use caution and care when swimming. There is to be no diving into the pool. There are no lifeguards on duty. You, your dog(s), and any guest you bring agree that you are swimming at your own risk and assume all liability for yourself, your dog(s), and anyone you bring with you. Prior to your visit, you are required to inform Host thru the Sniffspot app of all humans and dogs you are bringing to PEPPER'S BACKYARD. Please be careful not to throw balls or frisbees over the fence and do not take any toys home with you. They are the property of Pepper's Backyard. An inventory of all toys is taken before and after each Guest visit. Missing, damaged or lost toys will be charged to you at $10 per item, and you will be expected to pay for it before the end of your visit either by Cash, CashApp, or Zelle. Please supervise your dog(s) and do not allow them to dig holes in our yard. There is a kiddie pool filled with sand in the far right corner of the yard, and that is the only place your dog(s) are allowed to dig. Any holes dug or any damage done to our yard, pool, patio, or yard furniture will immediately be reported to Sniffspot, and you will be banned from returning to this spot. Do not urinate in the pool or in the yard. A guest bathroom is located inside our home that you are welcome to use. Please know that there are 5 working and monitored surveillance cameras that take video clips of everything you, your dog(s) and any guest you may bring with you are doing while you are on our property and by booking at Pepper's Backyard you all acknowledge and agree to being video recorded.

Private gated 3 acre lakefront dog park located 5 minutes from downtown Orlando. Lounge out in one of 10 hammocks while your dog explores the giant penisula, or hop in the water with your dog in our newly made wading beach! 10 individual bonfire pits and 1 large communal fire pit. Indoor bathrooms available in my 6500sq ft home used like a clubhouse, pool table and shuffleboard table in our gameroom, full bar. 100ft dock and kayak/canoe rentals for as little as $10 a day. 10 minute paddle to a private island with a white sandy beach and the most beautiful view of the downtown skyline in Orlando! This paradise will be you and your dogs new home in no time!

Our yard is a beautiful space for your family member to stretch their legs! Our corgi Hammie is wonderful with other dogs and is happy to play or stay :) Our yard is fully fenced and offers gates on either side of the yard for easy parking and access. All amenities listed are available upon request. I love to host and want to make sure you are comfortable! The driveway and backyard are *mostly* handicap accessible and I am happy to help if requested.

We are a dog hotel, offering our space during our closed hours. We have a 1/4 acre fenced in play yard that is all sand, with all amenities, including access to water, seating for the parents, restroom, toys, and our private indoor pool (as an add-on.)
