Description

We recently installed a 4ft tall chain link fence along the lakefront shoreline. The fence includes a gate for easy access to the lakefront, giving you the option of letting your pup in the water or not. This replaces the previous 3ft tall silt fence that was easily bypassed and damaged from dogs and Florida storms. SEE PHOTOS 📸 Welcome to Muddy's Private Dog Park & Lakefront Lounge! This park is a 1/2 acre lakefront lot in a quiet neighborhood. The park is enclosed with a 6ft tall vinyl privacy fence on 3 sides and a new 4ft tall chainlink fence along the lakefront. This property is completely separate from our home and is not a backyard, giving you and your pups a completely private experience! As guest's ourselves to other local SniffSpot's, we love how nice it is to have a private dog park experience, avoiding the craziness of public dog parks. So we decided to create our own private dog park for our own 2 dogs, and would love to share it with your dogs as well! Whether your pups want to play fetch, run through the agility course, or go for a swim, they are sure to have an absolute blast enjoying the various amenities during their visit! While your pups play, you can enjoy the relaxing lakefront view while laying on the hammock or having some lunch at the picnic table. You may even see some various wildlife such as woodpecker's, otter's, ducks, rabbits and more! Although this property is lakefront, we found that our guest's prefer the option in allowing their pups access to the lake or not. We recently installed a 4ft tall chainlink fence along the shoreline. The fence features a gate for easy access to the lake if you wish to let your pups do so. This option will keep your pups from getting too filthy on those days that you don't feel like bathing them or cleaning your car! We cant wait to add even more amenities in the future. Rocky is a very unconfidant dog and reacts to every little sound. Muddy's is on a relatively quiet cul de sac with a privacy fence to shield the park from distractions. Rocky still was nervous about sounds outside the park (the neighbor was doing some carpentry, and a dog barked a few times) but really warmed up to the place once he found a tennis ball! There's nice equipment to play with (agility) and supplies like a water bowl and scooper. Beware if your dog is fearful of new experiences. We had to work out that the tunnel wasn't scary. The new fence by the water is a great addition. Rocky couldn't get out there since I didn't want him to, but you could open the gate for water play if you wanted to! This is our favorite sniffspot by far!

It's a nice little spot. Entrance is clear and there's a water jug and bowl for your furry friend. My pup loved jumping around in the water but beware that they will get wet and stinky so bring a towel. The hammock is comfortable and my pup had a good time running around!

Easy to find and park with good instructions from owner. Nice secluded setting and super well shaded. The pups had a ton of fun running together. Fresh water with bowl and poop bags as well as trash bin available.

I hadn’t been here before the renovation but this spot was wonderful. I love that there’s a chain link fence to block the lakefront as my dog loves water but we didn’t bring a towel. The water for the dogs was nice and cool and the dog toys there were so much fun. I even got Jasper to jump over the hurdle and through the ring which he’s never played with before. I will 100% be rebooking.

Awesome spot! Had a hiccup and was a little late to my reservation but they accommodated. My babies loved the pond as well. Definitely will be back.

This was my first time using Sniffspot and couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The location was easy to find and had great amenities. The picnic table and hammock were great to relax while he sniffed and did his thing. The toys and water were also a great touch! Would definitely recommend to others

Merlin's Farm 3 Acre Fully Fenced Private Dog Park In Mount Dora

Groomed pasture. There are a few obstacle on the field and a ball launcher. Perimeter Fence is 5’. The spot is tucked back from roads. It’s private and quiet. We have trees for shade and two tubs of water available.

	Only one booking is allowed at a time at any spot and there is an enforced 30 min buffer between all bookings to ensure dogs in separate bookings do not meet.
	This spot is set for Booking, which means you will be instantly confirmed for any booking you request. You will receive the address and access instruction immediately following booking.
