Not only the use of our private backyard, but you and your dog(s) and ONE guest have the option to swim in our beautiful sparkling refreshing saltwater swimming pool for an additional fee of $10 per dog per visit! Sign up for this option under the "EXTRAS" section. There are less expensive Sniffspots in Orlando you can visit, but none of them offer the amenities that Pepper's Backyard And Pool does. No other Sniffspot in Orlando offers you, your dog(s) and ONE guest the opportunity to swim with your dog(s). Make your reservation now! Fully fenced in large backyard for your dog(s) to run around and play in. This spot is perfect for any dog but especially for reactive dogs that aren't able to run free or be around other dogs or people. When my dog Pepper was alive I couldn't take him to public parks without him having to be muzzled and tethered to a very short leash. Pepper was a mix of Chow, Siberian Husky, German Shephard and Wolf. Unfortunately he was not able to be socialized. But he enjoyed his backyard and now I'm offering Pepper's Backyard to other dogs like Pepper and for every dog to run free, play and be happy off leash. For an additional fee of $10 per dog per visit your dog(s) can cool off in Pepper's saltwater pool. **Please sign up for the pool under "Extras" *** Dog(s) must be accompanied by a human while they are in the pool and use a water vest or floatie if needed (not provided by Host) and Dog(s) and Human(s) must be able to swim in up to 6 feet of water. You are visiting our home where my family and I live. Please be respectful of our home and clean up any mess before you exit our property. There is a broom on the patio you can use. No drugs or alcohol is to be brought to or consumed at Pepper's Backyard per Sniffspot's Guest rules. Please pick up your dog(s) poop. If you don't have dog poop bags there will be some provided for you on the patio table. Please place used soiled dog toys and towels in the laundry basket located on the patio so they can be cleaned and sanitized for the next guest. You are required to use caution and care when swimming. There is to be no diving into the pool. There are no lifeguards on duty. You, your dog(s) and any guest you bring agree that you are swimming at your own risk and assume all liability for yourself, your dog(s) and anyone you bring with you. Prior to your visit, you are required to inform Host thru the Sniffspot app of all humans and dogs you are bringing to PEPPER'S BACKYARD. Please be careful not to throw balls or frisbees over the fence and do not take any toys home with you. They are the property of Pepper's Backyard. An inventory of all toys is taken before and after each Guest visit. Missing, damaged or lost toys will be charged to you at $10 per item and you will be expected to pay for it before the end of your visit either by Cash, CashApp or Zelle. Please supervise your dog(s) and do not allow them to dig holes in our yard. There is a kiddie pool filled with sand in the far right corner of the yard and that is the only place your dog(s) are allowed to dig. Any holes dug or any damage done to our yard, pool, patio or yard furniture will immediately be reported to Sniffspot and you will be banned from returning to this spot. Do not urinate in the pool or in the yard. A Guest bathroom is located inside our home that you are welcome to use. Please know that there are 5 working and monitored surveillance cameras that take video clips of everything you, your dog(s) and any guest you may bring with you are doing while you are on our property and by booking at Pepper's Backyard you all acknowledge and agree to being video recorded.

Private gated 3 acre lakefront dog park located 5 minutes from downtown Orlando. Lounge out in one of 10 hammocks while your dog explores the giant penisula, or hop in the water with your dog in our newly made wading beach! 10 individual bonfire pits and 1 large communal fire pit. Indoor bathrooms available in my 6500sq ft home used like a clubhouse, pool table and shuffleboard table in our gameroom, full bar. 100ft dock and kayak/canoe rentals for as little as $10 a day. 10 minute paddle to a private island with a white sandy beach and the most beautiful view of the downtown skyline in Orlando! This paradise will be you and your dogs new home in no time!

Hello all! Welcome to my backyard. It's .33 of an acre, fully fenced in with a white vinyl privacy fence, and maintained weekly! You'll find two citrus trees in my yard, one mature and one young. You'll also find some chairs to sit in by our bird feeder, a hose to give your pup water if needed, and lots of space for running around or training. The yard slopes down to the back and is a mixture of green weeds and St Augustine grass with some sand patches spread throughout. We do get moles who make the yard a little lumpy sometimes, and mockingbirds who love to hang out in my citrus tree - but for the most part it's free of other animals! Four indoor cats may peer through the windows, but no domestic animals will be in the backyard. The most important things to note: - By the hose, there is a weatherproof bin that has poop bags, dog toys, and a water bowl. These are specifically for my Sniffspot guests so feel free to use them :-) - you're free to use the hose for fun or for doggie drinking water. This water does go through our water softener. Our green trashcan by the gate is where poop bags and other trash items can be placed. - there are security cameras all along the perimeter of the home. If you're uncomfortable with that, this may not be the yard for you. I promise it's not a stalking device, but something that has always been on my home to protect myself. - you are free to use the chairs located by the bird feeder. - my backyard gets a lot of sun. During 10 to 12 the only shade is in the back corner by the other gate. Feel free to move the green chairs around if needed. - in the winter, my yard might not be as lush green as in summer - but the grass will still be there! I hope you and your pup enjoy the yard!

4 acres of land where your dog can run safely. Our property is fenced in around all sides. We do have three dogs on our property but they will be in the house unless your dog wants a friend! We have a pond to walk around, fire pit available, chairs to sit in, and various fruit trees that may or may not have fruit. We have chickens but they are locked up. Dog toys available too :). We have plenty of room to run behind the pond. Bring some balls to throw around or just enjoy your dog running off leash.

Totally fenced in acre of land. Three separate play areas to suit your needs. Half acre area is partially wooded- dig all you want. Small and large kiddie pools available for use. Hose available for rinse down. Bring mosquito repellent if you so chose.

Lushly landscaped back yard with artificial turf for easy pet poop pick up. Cute whale sprinkler for dogs to cool off. Pool not available. No running through landscaped area. Turf only. No digging through the turf allowed. Pets must be friendly and waste clean up required after use. Dog toys, treats and water accessible. For a more private and personal experience only two dogs at a time will be allowed. Owners do not were heels or cleats on turf.

Crossed fenced with ample parking, drinking water, lots of shade! Horses on property.

Doggie Paradise!! Lots of wildlife smells with more than a half acre of fenced in grass to explore. Located on a lake so birds galore! Sit poolside or under the covered patio and watch your dog be entertained! Unfortunately, in the warm months we don't allow use of the pool. However, we hope you enjoy our little oasis in downtown Orlando!
