Hello! Welcome to our private, fenced, dog friendly space! I am slightly dog-obsessed and a pet dog/service dog trainer by profession. We welcome pups of all breeds and sizes and of course their humans too! Our dog, Marshall, lives for other dogs and you better believe he can be ready to romp in a snap of a finger (or paw) if he is invited. Dolly is the other resident dog, she is small and feisty! She is super fast and her version of fetch is chasing the fetcher with no intention of trying to get the ball. Of course, if you are looking to spending some alone time with your fur baby, we will happily leave you to it and we encourage you to make yourself at home!

Welcome to Sweetwater Palms. A private home featuring a Swimming pool for your Pup to swim, splash and play. Pet parent get to enjoy the amenities too. Also makes great Photos for social media post. Large pool with shallow ledge. Perfect for wading and getting your feet and paws wet until ready doggy paddle. Fully fenced Pool deck allows for off leash enjoyment. Yard features nice green grass for fetch, Small walking trail, and Dock on Sweetwater Creek. Stay for an hour for a quick dip or pack the family and Pool Bag and chill for hours. Our yard offers lots of Fun and relaxation opportunities. Like Sniffspot charges for additional pups, we do charge for additional human companions. Pup swim includes 1 Human Friend. **** Additional Humans MUST be added under extras Dog Floats, Human Floats and other fun stuff under extras. SUMMER FUN: Pool is already in the 80'S! FULL SUN: Starts early am. Shade sections of the yard. PART SHADE: 3:00pm shallow end starts to get some shade in the pool. Twilight/Sunset - White Party Light Lights make a Relaxing Night Swim.

Beautiful private resort with large amounts of land, trails through the dripping Moss trees, Vita Course like trails throughout the forest, water faucets throughout the park, canals to walk beside, double fenced in dog park. Doggy bag and disposable stations throughout.
