Description

IMPORTANT: all prices listed are in USD and guests will be charged in USD I live on the lake with a large grassed area plus a small wooded trail. There is lots of parking and in the summer you can drive right down to the lake and park there . The property has a fence on one side, then there’s the lake , then the wooded area on the other side . The property is sloped toward the water and from the yard , the road is not visible. I have a dog but will be inside unless you would like interaction. When you drive down to the lake , it is a private boat launch area and u are welcome to launch a boat if that is something you would wish to do. There is a large dock for securing your boat . I have a minimalist washroom with a portable toilet and sink ( not in winter) and change spot if you are interested in swimming .

You may park in the private driveway. Rubber boots are recommended! At times the river will be high, and you may only have access to the first half of the trails. Cross the river at your own discretion. Please pick up after your dog, there is a waste bin at the entrance. Please help yourself to a laminated map at the entrance and return after your walk. The map is posted throughout the trails with "you are here" symbols to help you navigate the trails. There is also bug spray in the cabinet at the trail entrance.
