Sauvie island farm

Sapphire Point is an unfenced, private, 10 acres with excellent mountain views, hiking trails, and seasonal creek. This location provides your pup, and you, access to uninterrupted forest land with expansive mountain views and many fun new smells. The three primary trails are marked with pink ribbons and the property perimeter is marked with white ribbons for easy navigation. Hiking the slopes can be a workout for us humans, so let yourself rest at the different benches while your pup plays. You're invited to pack a little snack and make it part of your adventure.

A fully-fenced, huge yard for your dogs to play in! You can relax on your porch and watch them!

The backyard is .25 acres, fully fenced with lots of room to run and area to roam - there are 2 large trees that provide a wonderful shade canopy and a patio cover as well. The front yard is also .25 acres but is not fenced - there is plenty of parking in the driveway. Please note that the yard is not watered in the summer so the grass will turn brown - doing my part for water conservation and drought conditions.

This is a wide open space where your dog can run and play. Please provide your own poop bags bit if you forget we have extra, and feel free to use any toys you find in the SS! Absolutely no digging is allowed. Dogs of all sizes are allowed! Please do not access the house including the porch. Water is provided via the hose/hydrant near the gate. (Located to the left of the gate as you enter!) Please the area east of the driveway and behind the house and have a good time exploring and playing! There are bunnies, cats and squirrels on the property so we ask that you please restrain your dog for the first 30 seconds or so when entering the property to give those animals a chance to react to the presence of a new animal. Residents if the home may come and go during your reservation. We are mindful of your space, and we are careful to ensure the gate is kept closed. Thank you for visiting our Sniffspot!

It is big yard that is so close by the freeway, welcome to visit. Please clean up after your dog, if you have kids, please keep the kid safe.

Please use a side gate: it has a paw sign on it. Parking on the street, by the gate is ok. Feel free to use the gardening hose to top up the water dishes 🐕 Birthdays & paw 🐾 parties available- text me for more info.

Decent sized backyard with a few big trees on the periphery, includes some plum trees. Fully fenced in with two gated entrances. I have a kid in elementary school half time and he has a wooden fort/treehouse with steps and a slide that isn’t off limits but probably wouldn’t work as a climbable spot for most pups. You are also welcome to fill the water bowl provided with water from the outdoor tap, just please close tightly. And please only take photos and video for your personal use, no “filming” for promo videos, or any commercial use, etc. Happy romping with your pups!

This is our backyard. It’s simple and pretty and has lots of different ground textures (pebbles in paths, mulch in beds, grass etc) super dog friendly. Big dogs are welcome but this yard is especially great for small and medium dogs. Fully privacy fenced and we won’t bother you unless you need us!

Lovely yard with mature trees offering natural shade. Covered seating available. Consider membership for lower rates and enhanced amenities and service. Fully fenced and secure. If you have any special concerns please message me and I am happy to do my best to address them. Organic - no pesticides, fertilizers, or chemicals used. Shaded and open areas. Green grass in the spring and fall, can be yellow/green in the summer due to water preservation. Hose, water bowl, & balls/toys are available for dogs. Please make sure the hose is shut off when you leave. Bench & chairs for use. Picnic table shaded by trees. Plastic bags available to pick up messes, place bags in trash (grey/black bucket.)
