HOST NOTE

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY! FYI - WARM WEATHER = TICKS!! Our spot is a natural area. **When it rains a lot - our creek will flood and you may not have access to the trail.** 1) Plz do not go past the pond on the trail - as there are fallen trees & it hits our neighbor's property where fencing is missing. We will flag it. 2) ***Our Great Pyrenees cannot be locked up as he protects our animals. He will bark if he happens to see you, but he's near the barn & fenced in. 3) ***We would not recommend letting your dog(s) swim in pond. 4) We will TRY our best to keep the trail & grass cut (on the open field) as much as possible, BUT it all depends on the weather. It is difficult to mow back there when it's been raining a lot. 5) The trail/woods have poison ivy and it gets muddy after it rains. There are several ant hills in the field as well. 6) Our goats/animals are within electric fences and are away from the spot, but they can be heard/seen. 7) We have 3 barn cats that sometimes like to wonder into the woods. 8) We recommend wearing close-toed shoes if possible. 9) This spot has a water feature, make sure to review these guidelines for visiting spots with water before visiting: https://help.sniffspot.com/article/167-how-to-keep-your-dog-safe-around-pools-and-water THANKS!!!
