55Recommend! Kevin’s was a very interesting property, had a lot going on; he had trailers stored, an RV, a boat, a gym (fenced off). Don’t worry, there was nothing I found that could be dangerous though and my pup loved all the things there to explore. Will definitely be back!

15I have visited this SniffSpot a lot and while the majority of the times have been fine I’ve also had some strange experiences. Every time I go it seems there is a new RV, truck, storage container, etc on the property adding to an overall chaotic feel and multiple times this has meant a random stranger has been present during my Sniffspot timeslot with no warning from the owner. One person was very nice and the other was sketchy. After tending to their boat, truck, etc they had to drive their car out of the one and only gate on the property while my dogs were off leash, creating a potentially dangerous situation where my dogs could run through the open gate to the nearby very busy road. Luckily this time the person was nice and agreed to let me know before he opened the gate so I could hold onto my dogs. These situations have made my paid Sniffspot time more stressful than relaxing/fun for me, and potentially dangerous for my dogs. It feels very chaotic and that the owner can’t keep all the uses of his property straight, I have also showed up while he’s been out in the yard and apparently not aware someone had booked the spot. If you’re open to expecting the unexpected for your Sniffspot experience, the property is otherwise fun for the dogs. Multiple times also there has been no access to clean water but just some old and dirty water present that isn’t safe for my dogs to drink.

55All 3 of my dogs enjoyed exploring Kevin's property. Great parking and access to the private property. Very spacious, grass areas were recently mowed, and property was overall in good condition. There was a XL bowl of clean water for my dogs, several areas with trees for shade, and lots of space for the dogs to run and play.
