Welcome to the Happy Dipper - Top Sniffspot Destination Park in Dallas! We Open at 6:00 AM-10:00 PM. Our park is a peaceful, fully fenced, safe, private yard and pool oasis for dogs, situated in a quiet, residential cul-de-sac. We are located in Richardson, 20 mins from Downtown Dallas and 5 miles from UT-Dallas. Plenty of easy street parking is always available right in front, steps from the gate. Shaded Pool with Jumping Board and Play Yard for Dogs. Easy to access, private self-check in. Enjoy this fully fenced spot with pup toys, agility equipment, digging areas, and amenities for both pups and humans. Pool (with stair steps to enter!) with a big sun shade. Relax in the lounge chairs, play axe throwing or corn hole, or kick back while your pups splash to their heart's content! Additional fencing added Aug '24! PAW-SOME AMENITIES INCLUDED: - Pool toys for dogs and humans (fetch toys, chew toys, balls, noodles, floats) - Dog treats - Shammy towels and human towels - Pool cot (fits all size dogs, up to XXL) - Agility set (fits all size dogs) 3 jumps, 2 tunnels, weave poles, pause box in the spot - Water bowl - Water for pups and humans (hose) - Axe throwing - Corn hole - Outdoor fan - Sanitizer - 2 coolers - Sunscreen - Umbrellas for shade - Bluetooth speaker - Private bathroom (available for human emergencies) We provide everything you could possibly need during your visit, including balls, fetch toys, agility equipment, water bowl, a hose, plenty of seating, shade, a cot for pups, towels, and more - all of which are included in the base price! We also offer lots of fun upgrades to add-on: the hot tub, premium treats (self-serve), s'mores kits for the fire pit, pool parties, and the grill to cookout, among other amenities. We are open for early morning visits starting at 6am, and we have string lights for after dark visits as well! Max 6 dogs. Max 2 humans per dog. There is one neighbor with 1 dog, and a full privacy fence. This is a pool and grassy play area - there may be mud and dirt present. Feel free to use provided towels and hose to clean up! 5 humans live in this property; you may encounter them while walking to/from your vehicle. All pool activities should be dedicated to supporting your dog. Humans are allowed in the pool to play with/support your dogs. ONE support person PER dog. All pool activities must be dedicated to your dogs. Meaning, human pool parties/gatherings are not allowed. (Have a Large Group? Book a Pup Pool Paw-ty!) 🐾

I am a huge dog lover. I grew up with dogs, have hosted rescues, and have experience with all types of breeds and sizes. In addition to a doggie host, I'm also an AirBNB superhost, and enjoy hosting you and your dog's fun adventure day! I understand that every pup is different, but ALL pups deserve a place to play and be loved. Because of all the unknowns at dog parks and the pawsome feeling of seeing dogs enjoy my space, I am so happy to share my amenity-filled backyard with pups and their "furbulous" humans. All proceeds are donated to a catahoula mother we rescued from the streets of south Dallas and gave birth to 9 puppies that she can no longer nurse due to Milk Fever. About the yard: There is a Private entrance to the yard from driveway. Yard includes a variety of sunny and shaded areas, a concrete patio and large wrap around deck, plenty of tables and chairs, a fire pit and a charcoal grill. Dogs enjoy the trampoline on the deck and variety of toys available for them to play with if you choose. Yard has a lot of shade and multi level terrain. Another gate takes you to a trail in the wooded area, down to a creek that runs off from white rock lake, and flows with water in the spring time. In the summer we have a kiddie pool set up for the dogs to enjoy and in the spring we have a peach tree. The yard is completely lit up in the evening. Access to fresh drinking water is always available. Grass is kept short with patches of wild flowers in the spring. The resident of the property is a canine with obedience trainer. We appreciate any additional donations to help this mamma dog and her 9 babies. Currently accepting: Cash donations Puppy formula Puppy canned food
