Does your dog love to swim? Come spend some time in our yard with your dog. Must be up to date on shots. No recent diarrhea or kennel cough. If your dog wants a friend to play with our Labrador is available while you visit. No children allowed. No smoking. No dogs left unattended.

The lot size is 16000 sf. The "dog park" area is about 5000 sf.

The dogs pictured don't live there, they are just for reference. It's a pretty big sized yard! Sorry in advance for all of the kids toys, I have 2 kids under 5. You are welcome to make yourself at home and rearrange the toys/furniture to your preference! Also lots of little spots for the dogs to dig in the dirt! **Thursday mornings from 8-11 you cannot park on the street due to street sweeping! You can park across the street**

Hi all, I have a large and open back yard that is well suited for dogs large or small. Plenty of running space and tall, vinyl fencing surrounds the property. Available most evenings. I do have my own dog, but she will be inside or off the property, so there will be no distraction.

It is fully fenced in, very clean, we do have a open well in the corner which is fenced off. We provide a bench perfect for two. You’re welcome to bring some music, water, snacks, etc. and have yourself a picnic or we can provide a small little Wi-Fi boom box and some water for additional fee

Entrance to the acre is the dirt/mulch field road just South of the residence driveway. A quick call to me when you arrive for 1st time visits will help guide you into the Sniffspot - which is all the way back to the Sniffspot sign at the back of the entrance acre. My Red Barn Chicken Coop🐤is inside the dog run acre and will be securely locked during your visit. If possible encourage your pups to not pounce on the chicken fences/doors. Totally understand if they do/try! Our Husky and Malamute still need a good reminder every time : ) but once they get used to the fact that chickens are there, interest soon dwindles : ) We also have a few outdoor cats whom have adopted our farm to live at during the years (win/win as they help keep the field mice in check, and they pretty much know to clear out of the field when pups are visiting!) PLEASE NOTE: This Dog Run Acre is grassy/green with wildflowers starting around December 1st - June 15th, and dry/brown July 1st -November. We enjoy our Sniffspot humans and pups year-round, and have received wonderful reviews whether it was the dry summer months, or the greener/wet winter months! We have an automatic water spicket for the pups (tight left after entering the Dog Acre gate, then all the way back to the fence on left, spicket sticking out through fence) and there will be several chairs, small table w/umbrella provided under the pine trees for the grownups! Bring drinks, snacks and enjoy! If I do not have additional guests immediately after your visit, ask and it may be available for you to stay a bit longer than your booked time! We suggest you book early mornings in the SUMMER months as there is shade under the pine trees 🌲up until around 11 a.m. We are up before 7 a.m., so any time early is fine! 🌄 Please bring your own doggie poop bags! Gather all poop, tie bag, and place it in the waste bin at Sniffspot entrance. Enjoy! Arrrffff :)

My yard has a big flat grass area to run and play. Yard will be private for you and your pups. I have a pool that can be rented for an additional cost.
