Description

Come see a nice patch of country in the city. Depending on the time of year, it could be bare with mostly dirt ground and patches of grass) or filled with tall grass and flowers. Towards the late afternoon/early evening you'll usually see deer roaming around. We have backyard chickens that will remain fenced IF we know you are coming early enough to either chase them back into the fence or just not let them out. (Otherwise please ensure your dogs won't kill them if they are loose- again we'll make every effort to contain them if we have enough lead time prior to the booking). If you can pick up your own dogs poop, that's great. But the area is huge so we are not concerned if you miss some piles. It's just bound to happen. The back fence has two large openings apprx 2 feet across each. There was tons of space, and the hospitality was amazing. My dog had a lot of fun. She provided water for me and my dog, also she had her chicken cooped up like I requested, everything was 10/10

Shannon is such a great host! The property is very spacious and my pup loved it! So much room to run around and great for desensitizing! Will definitely come again since our pup made a new friend :)

This was a great place to take my reactive dog without having to travel so far out of town. Shannon was a great host. She pointed out the one gap in the fence, where the cactus patches were, etc so we knew what to avoid. But there is plenty of space so it was great. We had a quick visit this time but will definitely come back when we have more time.

When I first arrived Shannon met me outside to show me some spots in the back yard that were shown in her pictures which was very helpful. It was a great experience and will definitely be bringing my dog back!

This was such a great spot to take the dogs. Shannon was so sweet and explained everything to us, including the couple spots in the fencing that is open. My dog doesn’t have great recall and we never had an issue with him trying to sneak away. Would definitely come back!

This is a dog run property. There are 3-4 dogs on-site who are indoor dogs giving you and your dog full use of the yard. Everything under the porch labeled “Sniff Spot!” Is for the use of guest.
