Large, fully fenced backyard with plenty of open space for dogs to run, explore, and play freely. The yard is mostly flat and easy to navigate, making it great for both high-energy dogs and more relaxed visits. There’s a covered patio that provides shade and a place to rest, along with a mix of sun and shaded areas throughout the yard. The space is simple, quiet, and ideal for off-leash time without distractions. We’re in a residential neighborhood, so it’s generally calm and low-traffic. Toys and personal items will be cleared before visits to keep the space open and safe. Good for: • Running and fetch • Off-leash play • Multiple dogs • Dogs that need a calm, private environment Notes: • Grass coverage varies depending on the season (more green in spring) • Yard is securely fenced • Some natural dirt areas
