Description

Welcome, Sniffers! This is The Observatory, almost 3 acres of fully fenced, serene, hill country space for you and your pup! Essentials included, kiddie pool available upon request! You and your dogs may go anywhere you like on the property that is not marked as a “No Sniffers” area. Deer may or may not be present on the property during your visit. We can’t wait to have you over! 🐾

HOST NOTE

Wildlife such as deer, squirrels, bunnies and birds. Bugs of every kind. We have seen scorpions on the property. We use diatomaceous earth for dog-safe pest control, but it is only used around the perimeter of the house/garage. There is a crawl space beneath the tiny house on the property that dogs can fit under.

Kiddie Pool5 credits

Add the kiddie pool for your puppers to cool off after zooming around the property! The garden hose will be set up at the kiddie pool and on for you to fill the pool when you’re ready. Towels included!

Additional rules

Before your visit, you’ll receive a message from me! For your first visit I’ll meet you at the gate and open it for you. For all visits after, I’ll open the gate for you, remotely. At the end of your visit, drive up to the exit remote pole and push the button to leave. Please exit quickly after pushing the button, as the gate is on a timer and will close behind you! If you’re bringing other humans on your visit, please let me know in advance.
