Dog Oasis in Central San Diego

Small 750 sq ft house on 7500 sq ft land. Well maintained large yard with have grass and half combined dirt and flower garden. Entire yard is fenced. All dogs love the yard and enjoy the spending time running around and playing. For the humans, a lockbox is provided to use the restroom and information will be provided for Wifi. Dogs and their owners will enjoy the space.

Hi! My husband and I have a home on a third of acre on a small quiet cul-de-sac in the hills of La Mesa. The backyard is very large and is terraced, so it’s great for exercising dogs or sniffing around (lots of great smells). There are also many fruit trees you are welcome to (orange, grapefruit, lime, lemon, and fig). We also have a pergola with 4 chairs and a fire pit. Lots of shade is provided by our pecan and jacaranda trees most of the year. The backyard ground is a mixture of brick pavers, gravel, and mulch. We have several hoses throughout the yard that you’re welcome to use as much as you want. There is an empty koi pond that can be used as a splash pool for dogs too with our hoses. We also have outdoor electrical outlets and strong WiFi if needed. It’s a hillside home so there are great views of Mt. Helix and even the ocean on clear days. It’s a wonderful quiet place to relax and enjoy the outdoors!

We just joined SniffSpot mid May 2023 and I would love to share my backyard with your pups to help get the zoomies out or to just bask in the sun! Our yard provides a mixture of terrain including turf, grass, DG, mulch & rocks! Along with lots of space for play, you have the ability to add on our top deck which includes a refreshing pool & a hill the pups love to run up! If you’d like to wait for the heat to cool off, we have plenty of lights for nighttime fun to help the pups get a great night sleep 🌙 Please let me know if you have any questions or requests!

Large area 1.69 acres of land, not all grassy, there are some foxtails and burs. I also allow for dogs to dig, so please watch your step. But I’m right off the 805 adjacent to Bonita. Water, poop bags, tables, chairs, shade, doggy kiddie pool, and most importantly…secure and private. Can’t wait to see you!

Come visit our unique, peaceful yard in the canyon located in easy-to-access central San Diego, just up the hill from Snapdragon Stadium in Mission Valley. Dogs love to run up and down the dirt slope to chase balls and expend their energy. The slope leads to our flat, lower dirt yard which is perfect for your dogs to run free and get their zoomies on! The yard is fully-fenced in and secure around the entire perimeter with plenty of tennis balls to play fetch, toys, water bowls, and a cot if they need a rest. We also have a play structure and in-ground trampoline for the kids and young-at-heart. :) You will not encounter any other dogs on the other side of the fence as the yard is adjacent to the canyon on 2 sides and senior neighbors to the right who NEVER use their yard. This is a quiet neighborhood with plenty of street parking and private access through a side gate to our back yard. We started this Sniffspot in March 2023. We want to create a pleasant experience for you and your dogs. All funds will be going towards my dogs and their medical bills, Zsa Zsa’s bills. Any excess will be donated to a local shelter. Memberships are discounted 10% off for 4 hours and 15% off for 8 hours. If you have questions, please ask me. We are selling cold drinks for $1 each bottle/can. The $1 cold drinks are located inside the cooler. Please deposit the money in the box above the cooler or submit electronic payment per the instructions on the box. This private back yard is located in a quiet neighborhood. There’s a private entrance to the back yard so there’s no humans or dogs in sight. Fully fenced that are 6 feet high. Good for all types of dogs. Run around half an acre of back yard! There's an uphill incline for better exercise. Fresh water available for dogs at all times. There’s a small 3 tier shelf to place your belongings on. Dogs are welcome to dig. There’s rocks available for dogs who loves rocks. Agility Course (FOR DOG USE ONLY) is included in the price. Please remember to return all borrowed toys into the toy bin. Thank you.
