Description

This spot is undergoing repairs and we have limited availability through January. Too many workers and schedules, easier to close for a few weeks while work is done. Private full wooden fenced space on a quiet cul-de-sac. Huge back yard. Quiet and private. Please note the price of booking for a dog includes 2 adults, additional dogs added includes 1 additional adult at no extra charge. If you would like to share the spot with friends, please select the correct number of additional adults in the EXTRAS. The maximum number of adults at our spot is 8. The maximum number of cars is 2 at this time. Great for large dogs and sectioned for smaller pups too! We currently have no dogs or other pets, nor children. This is our private home. The space is open most of the day between 9am-8pm (Daylight hours). Summer grass areas are sunny and bright and begin to be shaded by the afternoon. Driveway Parking Please when possible. My neighbors prefer it. **BARKERS: My neighbors are starting to complain about excessive barking. If your dog is extremely vocal, this spot may not be the best choice. Normal and light barking is totally fine. I personally don't care, the barking doesn't bother me but I back up to neighbors on all sides. ((Especially if you choose morning or late afternoon hours) Digging is ok in the small fenced area to the right and water is available. Plenty of seating for humans. Host is usually on sight and works from home. Contact with host is optional.

TWO HUMAN GUESTS (dog parents) ARE ALREADY INCLUDED WITH THE FIRST DOG BOOKED. 1 additional person is allowed of reach additional dog booked. Example: You want to do a couples meet up. You book 1 hour for 2 dogs. This would allow for 3 people. 2 for the first dog, 1 for the second dog. In this case, to have 4 humans at this meet up, you would need to add and extra guest. please inquire first before booking. Limited 8 people total (..advance request for 10 people or a party...please).

Drinking water is always available but WATERPLAY and Splashpad is an extra. Please pick up after your dog. If your dog uses the dig area, just be sure they are not digging themselves under the fence! Leave everything as you found it please.

Hi- My back garden area is mostly unused and very quiet and peaceful. No other dogs, no children. There is plenty of space to run and have fun for your dogs. Also a perfect spot for training. There is also seating areas for humans. :-) There are also very few other dogs in neighboring homes to cause a distraction. At a suggestion of a friend and dog trainer, I decided to list the space for a little extra to help with bills.

June 22: The parking area to the fully-fenced area have been mowed short. We have tried to eliminate as many foxtails as possible. I am waiting on a tractor service for the hillside - the grass is taller w/ foxtails so recommend avoiding until it is mowed. SUMMER: Recommend AM visits before 10am or evening after 5pm. Our spot is full sun with very limited shade. We are trying to eliminate the foxtails but we have a large property and cannot guarantee we get all of them. **Horses visible in adjacent property occasionally Additionally, guests can enjoy the adjacent hillside which is partially-fenced. You are welcome to enjoy this off-leash or, if you're more comfortable, take a little stroll through the grass. NOTE: There may be foxtails and ticks in this area.

This is a private, undeveloped, forested spot. If you are interested in this spot, you and your dog should be up for a mini adventure. This spot is not a manicured, backyard park. It is wild and beautiful, and a rare find in this area. THERE IS NO TRASH SERVICE AT THIS FOREST LOCATION. PACK EVERYTHING OUT WITH YOU, INCLUDING DOG POOP BAGGIES. The trail starts at the west (downhill) end of the parking spot, and winds downhill to the creek (there are a couple of switchbacks). The trail from the parking area to the creek is less than 5 minutes long. At the bottom of the trail, is a deck. Beyond the deck is a year-round creek with a swimming hole. There are fish, frogs, newts, and crawdads. All wildlife is protected, so please don't catch or remove them. You may walk up and down along the creek exploring, as long as you turn around before the bend that is downstream. The trail that leads downhill to the creek is intermediate, not for beginners or flip-flops. There should be no poison oak or ticks on the trail, but if you venture off the trail, you may encounter poison oak or ticks. There are blackberry bushes to the sides of the trail that resemble poison oak. There should be no foxtails. You may see wild animals. As a wild spot, you may encounter typical hazards that are present in most local forest trails, such as wildlife, water, and trip-and-fall hazards. This is a private spot, and there should be no other people or dogs during your booking. If you see someone during your booking, please let us know as soon as possible, so that we can take steps to prevent them from trespassing again. There is no lighting at this spot, so if you book before sunrise or after sunset, please bring a headlamp or flashlight. Maximum 2 people per dog. There is no trash collection service at this location, so please pack out any trash. Thank you!
