Severna park dog friendly yard

This is a 4.93 acre property that is located in right across the street from the MD sunrise corn maze. The property is half field and half woods. There’s a path that accesses the woods in the back right of the property and you can follow it through all the way to the quiet neighborhood of dairy farm estates where you can walk your dog/dogs also. Please use the path and do not cut through neighbors yards. Depending on weather the middle of the property can get pretty wet so please be cautious.

Large fenced in backyard, great for your pet's playtime or puppy play dates! Gazebo offers shade and fire fit offers some extra warmth and fun during your visit. During the warmer months, we will have a kiddie pool and sprinklers available!

A Really Beautiful, Dog Friendly, Human Friendly Experience that has Something for Everyone.

We are a local dog training company and want to rent out our field when not in use! We have a fully fenced in area for your dog to run around chasing a ball or even to try out our competition standard agility equipment! We do have a couple of balls but if you prefer to bring your own that’s also fine. You will have the entire space to yourself without any other dogs, we do ask that you bring your own water bowl but we do have a hose you can use to fill it up! Parking is permitted in the drive way as well. Any questions don’t hesitate to reach out!

Welcome to the Blue House Play Park! Easy to find and convenient entrance to the Back Yard right in front of the driveway, feel free to Park on the drive or front of house if parking is available, or anywhere you see fit in the cul de sac. You will have your time with your puppa(s) in my Large Fenced in back yard, uninterrupted. I have one Doggo but won't be outside during your booked time. Feel free to use the hose for water, and the trash can to dispose of 💩. I have a container of dog toys available for use, aswell as added agility equipment for those that wish to do a little training. The grass in the yard is cut every two weeks during the Summer leading into Fall Months. There may be some divets/holes in the yard from where doggos have dug, so please watch your footing.

Welcome to The AmericanK9 Dog Ranch! Our huge field is fully fenced in! We have a wide variety of amenities for our guests as well! We have water on site in the field, poop stations in the field and parking lot, bathroom on site and amazing views. We also provide some toys too! This is truly a dog’s paradise! That’s why, despite our overwhelming growth in popularity over the past year, we pledge to all our visitors that we won’t raise the price above $10. This is a very large fenced yard behind a single family home close to the end of a cul de sac. Back of yard is up against a small stream and a tree line. There is a small grassy trench that runs part of the yard so be careful if running with your dog!
