Description

We have half grass and concrete front yard. There is lots of car and foot traffic. It’s all fenced in. The large gate is an iron gate as well as the back small gate to our neighbor. Which is off limits. !!THE BACK YARD IS OFF LIMITS!!please be respectful and not go in the back yard. So many times I have made this statement. If you do not know what is the area you are renting please contact me and ask. I have 1 dog. He is crate trained and will not be socializing with your pets. There is is plenty of room to run and roll around in the grass. Please no digging! Please pick up after your pets. The hose can be used for playtime in the sun. Please check out photos for better understanding of layout of yard. - Adams Family

Hey! I’m Candace. I’m a mom of 2 hooman teen boys and 2 fur babies. I’m a LA native born and raised in Long Beach CA and have been living in Sherman Oaks for 5 years. Our fur babies are a 4 yr old German Shepherd named Loki and our rescue 1yr old Bombay cat named Ozzy. Our family loves and welcomes all fur babies to have fun in our yard.
