Description

Fully fenced 5 acres of pasture in Lake County. Back half of property fencing is reinforced with no climb wire so small dog secure. Front half is 4 board without reinforcement so large dog safe only. Lots of room to run, several nice tubs to cool off. Horses on property are stalled during the day. Property owner’s dogs will be confined to house.

Electric wire at 4 ft height along top board of back fence line and small portion of east fence line. Do not touch. With notice, we can turn the Hotwire off.

No contact with horses unless property owner is present Gates must be kept closed at all times. Do not leave water spigots or hoses running unless attached to a sprinkler or while filling a tub/bowl. Please clean up after your pet.

We have 5 acres of land that is fully enclosed with a fence. Roughly 1.5 acres - 2 acres is cleared land, perfect for running and activity. The remainder is forested. We reside next to a nature preserve, so wild animal encounters can occur. We have seen bears, coyotes, and snakes. Most of these occur in the morning time. The fence up front has some larger holes that a small dog could get through, but this is far away from the primary area located in the back. There are plants toxic to dogs around the house, so it is probably best to remain in the open areas.
