Welcome to my Sniffspot! My fully fenced larger yard provides a fantastic space for dogs to play and have a great time. The yard is thoughtfully equipped with amenities to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience for both dogs and their owners. Your furry friends will have plenty of room to roam and explore in this secure environment. The yard features chairs where the owners can relax and watch their dogs play. Dog bags are conveniently provided for easy cleanup, ensuring a clean and tidy space for everyone. Dogs can stay hydrated with the readily available drinking water, and a trash can is provided for the disposal of waste. To add to the fun, a variety of dog toys are available to keep your canine companions entertained. The yard is maintained in an eco-friendly manner, free from the use of fertilizers and pesticides, ensuring a safe environment for your dogs to roam and explore. Additionally, a water hose and sprinkler are provided for those hot summer days when pups need a refreshing cooldown. Accessibility is important, and my yard is designed to accommodate all guests. It is handicap accessible, allowing all dogs and their owners of all abilities to enjoy the space comfortably. Bug spray is readily accessible to keep pesky insects at bay, ensuring a pleasant experience for everyone. For your convenience, there is an outdoor electrical outlet available, allowing you to charge any devices or use electronic equipment as needed. Should the need arise, an indoor restroom is available upon request. Off-street parking is provided for easy access and added convenience.
