*Disclaimer: During the winter months the yard can get a little soggy and muddy with the thawing and re-freezing. We hope to grow more grass once the spring time hits! Also, we have blocked off 3 weeks at the end of March/early April to try to plant some grass seed and allow the grass to grow for the dogs to enjoy this spring/summer. Designated parking in a large fenced-in yard in Chevy Chase DC. Dog food, water bowls, toys, balls, and outdoor bedding provided. Your dog will have a blast at our place. Can provide additional items as needed-just send us a message! Due to our busy schedules we have a 24 hour notice for bookings for non-members, but we can be accommodating! Just send us a message and we will try to make it work!

Clean, huge backyard. The yard is fully fenced. Mostly wood and chain link.

Suburban area, large grassy yard fully fenced with furnished patio, baby pool and dog toys available in the yard. Water w/lead-free drinking safe hose and electric access is available.

This 1 acre fenced in yard is a dog’s playground heaven. Plenty of room to run and play safely or for doggy exercise. No matter what your plans are you’ll have a great time.

Located in a quiet area of the Benning Ridge neighborhood, just near Fort Dupont Park and the hiker / biker trails (a great place to walk), our big-for-DC fenced back yard is a great place to throw the ball with your pet, stop for a break, and have some nice dog play and space to relax in the city where there are not many dog parks nearby. We are a dog family, and have a smooth fox terrier in the house, and if you request the time to be completely private, we will make sure he stays inside! But don't be surprised if he's staring out the window!

Convenient location thats fully fenced in with street parking(see pictures) Dog waste station in the back yard with bags. All gates are spring latched and stay shut. Plenty of toys/Tennis balls to play with but please put everything back in the bin. Large covered patio with multiple seating options and snacks/bottled water/treats and all amenities listed. Water,toys,treats,wipes will on the table on the patio. The first aid kit will be by the window as we don’t won’t it to bake. Keep in mind that there is a sidewalk that people occasionally walk on that’s visible from the yard. Trampoline is off limits

Large fenced in backyard. Open space to run and play. Patio with umbrella table and four swivel chairs. Two trees for shade. Various dog toys that are cleaned after each visit. A kiddie pool as an extra (May - September). Lights for nighttime play! Please park in the street in front of the house. Enter through the gate on the right side of the house. If I have advance notice and I am home, I will leave a cold bowl of water on the back steps. Bug spray, sunscreen, hand sanitizer, paper towels, dog treats, and a dog first aid kit are in the bin on the umbrella table.  If you bring your own bowl and I wasn’t able to leave one out, please feel free to use the hose and water from the spigot on the back of the house to the right of the sunroom behind the umbrella table. Please make sure you turn it off when you are finished. Water to that spigot will be winterized (turned off) once the temperature drops below 32° and will be de-winterized (turned on) in early spring when the temperatures warm up. There will always be a jug of fresh filtered water on the back steps for use. There is a garbage can with a plastic bag in it on the left side of the door to the shed for discarding your poop bags. Please knot your poop bags and make sure the lid is closed tight. The spigot on the right front of the shed is not potable but can be used for cleaning or cooling your dog down. The spigot tends to spray, so stand as far to the left as you can when turning it on if you don’t want to get wet! This system will be winterized (turned off) during the winter months. New toys will be added and rotated on a regular basis. Toys can be found in the plastic bin on the patio table. Please feel free to help yourself to what is in the bin, keeping in mind to leave some clean toys for the next guest is case I am not home to clean them in between visits. Please place any toys that you used in the ruck sack hanging on the sunroom door handle across from the barbecue grill so I know which ones need to be cleaned. After each use, I wash and sanitize each of the toys that were used. Please try to keep your dog from laying in the decorative grass around the perimeter of the sunroom. In the winter, please try to keep your dog(s) from the flowerbeds that are on the perimeter of the yard in front of the fences. Those areas tend to get muddy in the winter months, but are full of flowers in the spring/summer. The wooden bench in front of the garden recently became wobbly, and it may not be stable to sit on. I am looking into getting it fixed. 

*Important Update to this Sniffspot* We’ve recently entered a deal with One Leg Up, a local doggy daycare, where they will be renting out the yard from 10:30am-6:30pm on weekdays, 2:00pm-5:30pm on Saturdays, and 11am-2:30pm on Sunday for their playgroups. We realize this occupies a majority of the available time slots during the week and understand this causes an inconvenience to many of our wonderful clients and loyal members and for that we apologize. However, to make it up to everyone, we will be temporarily lowering our base price to $6/dog/hour and our member prices will be lowered as well until this deal with One Leg Up ends.
