This is doggie heaven! What we offer: * A private dog park. When you book a visit, only you and your party will be in the spot during your visit. * Lots of textures and smells and plenty of places to explore. I would call it a sensory garden atmosphere. * Plenty of shady spots especially mornings/afternoons. * Lots of plush grass to run around and textures to explore. * Places to dig (though NOT in my planted beds) and things to climb on and through * Poop bags, trash can, scooper * Fresh filtered garden hose drinking water for dogs * Easy highway access to I-244, I-44 or I-75. 12 mins to downtown Tulsa. * Early morning and later evening accommodations are possible for cooler weather dog play * Water and doggie pool as well as fetch toys are available (some at an extra fee) * Sunscreen and bug spray for humans * Rocking chairs and tables under the shade tree and throughout the property for humans to sit and relax * Fire pit and chiminea for an extra fee. Please see the "extras" section. PLEASE NOTE: We do NOT treat the yard with any chemicals so there may be ticks, mosquitos, bugs, butterflies, turtles, snakes, worms and anything else that nature intended to be here. ** Absolutely NO tobacco/alcohol use on the property. **Please supervise your pet(s) at all times. ** limit of 3 people per dog and 1 car. (More allowed but must be booked as an "extra")

Hazards

There are sometimes brush piles if we've been clearing brush. The very back paddock has a mostly bare ground bottom with rock outcroppings. There are native plants and trees. No pesticides or herbicides are used on the property. Please take care when walking on uneven ground. Bear in mind my property is mostly native. The very back field may have tall grass. The front paddock is mowed and trimmed.

Dinner with dogs/friends$25.0

Access to the patio area and grill, table and chairs under the gazebo and the ability to bring your friends and their dogs; up to six people and 4 dogs. Contact me for extra people and/or dogs. Bring your own food and use my gas grill/space for your get together. My patio is gorgeous and surrounded by flowers and ambiance. I can provide an ice chest if needed. Maximum time is 2 hours. ADD this to how many dogs/people/hours you book.

Doggie Pawty!$50.0

Have a dog pawty at my place and invite all your doggie friends! Access to all the toys/doggie wading pool (summer months) as well as seating areas (not gazebo/patio). I provide doggie poop bags/scooper/trash can/and lots of ambiance. Limit of 10 people and up to 6 dogs with 5 cars. Add this as an extra to whatever hour(s) you book for 1 dog. If you need additional people/dogs, message me and I will try to accommodate. No discount codes may be used on this booking.

Have complete access to freshly cleaned and filled doggie pool. Available seasonally in summer months. There is an extra to use this pool as a doggy bath station. Please select that if needed.

There is a limit of 2 guests per each dog and 1 car. The extra fee allows up to 4 additional guests and 2 more cars.

Fire pit or chiminea$10.0

Use of either the large fire pit or the more intimate chiminea. Limited to no more than 5 people and 3 dogs and up to 1.5 hours. Weather and fire bans permitting. I usually have a stack of firewood but contact me in advance to make certain please. ADD this to how many people/dogs/hours you book.

Fire Pit S'mores$35.0

Bring your kiddos or friends and pups For a fun firepit experiece with s'mores! I provide the s'mores fixings and plates/napkins. Let the pups run and play while you make some tasty s'mores. Limit of 2 hours, 3 dogs and up to 5 people/3 cars. Contact me for a larger party quote. Weather and fire restrictions permitting. Please note - fire pit is at my sole discretion. Add this to your initial booking for one dog and up to 2 hours. Thanks!

Donna’s place is fantastic for a group or would also be great for one or two pups who need lots of room to stretch their legs! There are 2 huge sections of yard with a gate in between so if you need separation it’s easy to do. The best part were the extras she set out - a wading pool, a cute area for fall themed photos and plenty of chairs for the humans. I would absolutely recommend this spot!

Dog Mom had a great time! We always have fun every time we visit this place. Today, Donna added a Halloween photoshoot 🎃, and it was so cute!

This was my first Sniffspot visit and I couldn’t have been more pleased! The space was really nice. She has a whole setup of poop bags, treats, hand sanitizer, and toys for the dogs. A small pool was out. There’s a nice garden with tire swing by some rocking chairs and side tables where I sat and read a book in the shade. She had buckets of water out for the dogs to drink. And she even set up a little Fall photo area! It was better than a dog park and we will be back! Thank you!

This spot is INCREDIBLE. there is occasionally a dog visible across the street and one across a fence. The environment is so enriched that it probably won’t be a problem for you guys. They’re also installing an above-ground pool!? So exciting.

What a great Sniffspot! I invited several of my dog's best friends to celebrate her 10th birthday at Donna's place. It was a rainy day, but we went ahead with the party. Donna set up a tent for us humans to get out of the rain. The dogs had a blast exploring and smelling all of the pretty plants in the yard. Donna allowed us to move some patio furniture around to be comfortable in the rain and we set up a small party table with the pupcake, a bubble machine, and other items. Overall, the place was clean and enjoyable. I would rent again!

There are two horses on the property, but separate pastures can be used for walking or walk the perimeter fenced remainder of the property. There is a farm pond and agility equipment that can be rented for an additional charge.
