You’re welcome to book for pets or for humans. - If booking for humans, please set the “number of dogs” to the number of people in your party. - If booking for pets, you are allowed up to 5 people with 1-2 dogs or 2 people per dog for 3+ dogs! Amenities Include: 1.) Flood lights to ensure the yard is well-lit day and night 2.) Ring Cameras to ensure pet safety. 3.) 7 foot tall privacy fence keeps even the most agile dogs in place! 4.) 5 foot fence around the pool to keep pets away from the pool and safe. 5.) Dog Water Bowls 6.) Sprinkler & Water Hose 7.) Dog Toys 8.) Chairs, Lounge Chairs, and Swing 9.) Table 10.) Power Outlet 11.) Hand Sanitizer 12.) Soap & Running Water 13.) I do have a dog of my own (very friendly and kept inside during bookings) and so I walk the yard daily to ensure there is no trash or hazardous objects in the yard. 2.) The pool is fenced in separately from the rest of the yard so that your fur-baby will not fall into the pool. Main pool usage is available for a small fee. Also, we have a separate dog pool that can be placed inside the pool fence or in the yard for a small water-filling fee. 3.) I do grow tomatoes and peppers. They are fenced in via a garden fence to keep pets away. However, the garden fence is just a few feet tall so it could be hurdled by large agile dogs. When you arrive park in the gravel driveway walk between the tall shop and the fence to the double gates. There is chairs and a bowl of water for dogs, as well as a black tote with dog toys additional water if needed, doggie bags and bug spray, and hand sanitizer and sunscreen. There is a pooper scooper available and a ceiling fan duster that you can use to sweep off any grass your dog might have got on them playing in the field. I have cornhole next to the dog toy tote and a baseball net and some softballs and a bat out there as well feel free to hit a few balls, you can move the net even the chairs anywhere you like on the property just put them back at the end of your stay. Note for dogs who are big jumpers: there are a couple of sagging spots on the east side chain link fence, so a very determined dog could potentially get over into the next yard. It has not been an issue, but please be aware.
